Vastaus yritykseltä The Magical Gift Boutique

Good afternoon Mouneer, I’m ever so sorry to hear that your order arrived after your sons birthday. On the day you ordered there was a notice on the website to explain that there was a 5 day shipping delay but I do apologise if this wasn’t clear enough.

Please do pop us an email for us to get this resolved for you at hello@themagicalgiftboutique.co.uk

As a small family business we really do appreciate you taking this time to leave feedback.

Thanks
Lynn x

The Magical Gift Boutique is great to purchase from.

The Magical Gift Boutique is great to buy from.
The website can be a bit tricky to navigate sometimes, however there is a lot of choice and quick at getting the new Ty Beanie Babies in stock.
Delivery was super fast and had great communication keeping me upto date when the products were going to be in stock and for the delivery.
My only issue is that there should be a free delivery spend when you spend so much as this would attract more customers.
Overall very happy and would highly recommend buying from.

Bought for my mum

Bought for my mum, who loves Ty beanies. We both have a massive collection dating back over many years. I saw this and thought how much my mum would love it and she does! Good price, speedy delivery and very pleased.
