I had never heard of Gamers@Hart before, and only came across them when I was trying to find somewhere that had the Tau Twin Lance in stock, and used Google's "shopping" search. They did have it, at a great price, and it was delivered in under 24h for free. Excellent service - I don't usually bother with reviews but really can't fault them.

Great at many things but the 2 things that I like best is (1) Their preorder system.
(2) Social engagement

Their customer service, in particular, Peter, is appalling.
I inadvertently ordered an incorrect item (don't really know these products, it was intended as a gift).
I notified them within five minutes to cancel. This was ignored and they processed and dispatched anyway.
I then got lengthy emails from the incredibly rude Peter, who was accusing me of using bots to make purchases (I have no idea how to do so), and basically got told off by him like I was done kind of child.
I was then told I'd have to pay additional fees plus postage as apparently it costs them to reply to an email.
Their attitude toward cancellations is disgusting.

I regularly order Dragon Ball Super Card Game products online from Gamers@Hart, and I’ve always had a great experience. Fast delivery, secure packaging, and excellent communication every time.

Ordered two Dragon Shield Landfall Series sleeves and they arrived the next day. Not only were they cheaper than the previous ones I had purchased from another store, they were packed immaculately, and the free next day delivery on orders above £20 really surprised me.
