8 weeks, no product, 20 emails and no update or response. Complete blaggers and the owners are not interested as they live in UAE. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY.

I am in the process of taking them through a small claims court due to the principal that I am not the only person they have scammed. Something needs to be done by authorities to stop businesses running in this manner. Absolute disgrace.

Placed a larger order, multiple products didn't arrive, repeatedly emailed and phoned to try and resolve this issue; after a number of weeks had to do a chargeback due to items not being delivered and them ignoring my emails repeatedly.

Customer service is non existent and 6 months later they're now threatening legal action against myself to recover the cost for products I didn't even get! Beyond a joke.

Would give 0 stars if I could, ordered on 3 June and didn’t receive any updates. Eventually I emailed them and they said the product is on back order and they hope to ship it soon (no estimated time). It’s now been 20 days since the order was placed and nothing (and no further communication). The website states allow 3-5 days for processing and 2-3 for delivery which is clearly a lie judging by other reviews. Don’t order unless you don’t need the products for a few months. Also worth stating the product supposedly in back order is still available for ordering on the site and not marked out of stock? Wish I read the other reviews.

I love all of the products I have ordered from this website, everything always arrives very well packed, prompt delivery and there is even the option to pay in 3 parts! Amazing!

I've ordered 3 times now from LiveTrue and whilst my first order went to back order customer service couldn't have been more helpful and my order was not delayed long. Fabulous brands offered at fantastic prices, what's not to love ❤️

Waited over six weeks. No sign of my order. Vague responses to my update request. Have requested a refund - let’s see how long that takes. I feel scammed! Avoid!

Been waiting for an order - no update available online. They don’t respond to their ‘contact’ or ‘order’ email addresses.
Several comments on their Instagram posts from people who seem to have similar issues.
I wouldn’t mind waiting if they set expectations that it’ll take several weeks.

Ordered shampoo and conditioner. Waiting 2 weeks later and no update. Messaged them and they said it’s on back order and no updated delivery date given. Avoid!

Terrible. Items haven’t been dispatched after 10 days. No communication. Email address for customer service doesn’t work.

Not great, ordered item two weeks ago and still hasn't arrived. Contacted LTLT and they said it will arrive soon that's it. No response when I contacted them again to say how soon is soon. Disappointed as it would have been helpful at time of ordering that they mentioned there was an issue so I didn't waste my money.

Never received the goods. I brought redken all soft bundle on 28th April. Lots of messages back and forth about warehouse issues etc (still available to buy on website). Requested my money back multiple times- in the end had to raise a charge back through my bank. Avoid this company

Great prices and choices. Always gets delivered, sometimes a bit longer than thought, but never let down

AVOID!!!! The worst company I have ever dealt with. I order shampoo and conditioner and didn't receive them. I contacted them only to be advised that they had stock issues and would send the items out when they had stock. I cancelled the order as a result ... or thought I did! Despite agreeing to cancel my order and process my refund they went ahead and sent the items two weeks later and didn't refund me. After many emails back and forth they sent me a returns label to return the items. I have returned them and have proof of delivery back to them via DPD using the tracking details for the delivery THEY ARRANGED. They are now claiming they haven't received the items and keep referring to the tracking details for the delivery of the items to me and not the tracking details of the return. I have now had to contact my bank to raise a chargeback claim as it's been over a month since I cancelled my order and I still haven't received a refund.

I've only given one star as zero stars was not an option. Worst customer service I've ever came across.
