We're an independent British design studio dedicated to making amazing socks, for a reasonable price, and upholding the highest standards in sustainability.

From our studio we conceive exclusive, in-house designs which feel playful, contemporary and full of charm.

We then work with carefully-selected partners and manufacturers to ensure the highest, most ethical standards in crafting our socks. That means every single pair is knitted with 200 needles using triple-certified, sustainably-sourced organic cotton for a finer, stronger finish, and is finished by hand for a seamless fit.

And finally, we work tirelessly to sock it to our customers around the world. Whether it’s through our famous sock subscription, our exclusive giftboxes, or through a simple pair of socks: we promise never to cut corners, and always to make the best possible sock we can for the best possible price. High quality products

High quality products. Cute designs. I've bought so many pairs as gifts for my husband last Christmas and he requested more for his birthday!

Great socks, no customer support

The socks are, as always, fantastic; great quality, great fun.
However, customer is non-existent; with my last order I suddenly needed to pay import fees (substantial sum on already expensive socks), although the website clearly states that "We ship orders to customers based in the EU with customs fees paid for and included, so long as the order value is under €150". Clearly something had gone wrong, but no matter how many (kind, mind you) emails I send, I never get a response. Looking at other reviews I'm not the only one. Such a shame.

The quality is ok

The quality is ok, but not as good as I expected for the price. The packaging was disappointing. Although I very much approve of parcels being as small as possible, this one snugly fit the inner box, which was crumpled and dented as a result. Which was too bad as the socks were supposed to be a gift. All in all i like the socks but I probably won’t order again.

I have bought several pairs of socks…

I have bought several pairs of socks over the last couple of years from The London Sock Exchange.
Most recently as gifts for friends.
I love the sophisticated colours and understated design which are always classy.
We recently got a Westie so immediately bought a pair of those!!
