From our studio we conceive exclusive, in-house designs which feel playful, contemporary and full of charm.
We then work with carefully-selected partners and manufacturers to ensure the highest, most ethical standards in crafting our socks. That means every single pair is knitted with 200 needles using triple-certified, sustainably-sourced organic cotton for a finer, stronger finish, and is finished by hand for a seamless fit.
And finally, we work tirelessly to sock it to our customers around the world. Whether it’s through our famous sock subscription, our exclusive giftboxes, or through a simple pair of socks: we promise never to cut corners, and always to make the best possible sock we can for the best possible price. First of all, your response to my question via email was soooo quick, thank you for that. The three socks I bought this time was a gift to a very fashion conscious person, the result was an absolute success! He loved all of them. You are a go-to shop when it comes to a small gift for a male friend.

Lovely comfortable socks
Lovely comfortable socks, no pinching around the ankle. Wash and wear well. Delivery was quick too.

Great quality in itself. Packing could be improved.
It was really good. The quality of the socks were exactly as expected. The designs beautiful. The recipient loved the gift. The only thing I would improve on is the packing materials. I think it was delivered in a soft post bag, with no cushioning, so the thin cardboard of the box the socks came in was slightly bent and creased. I deliberated whether to gift the socks in this creased box or not, as it slightly cheapened the effect of the gift, but in the end I smoothed it out as best I could and did so. So while I’ve still given five stars overall, I’d really recommend working on a sturdier packing option so it arrives pristine.

I really like their socks!
I've bought twice from The London Sock Exchange and both times it was a present for my husband. He loves their socks - they're great quality, very comfy and look so nice with their small designs. They hold up quite well over the years. I've never had any issues where I had to get in contact with customer service, so I can't say anything on that. But their shipping was always very fast and it always arrived in time. Will buy from them again.

Always high quality socks - and cute designs!
I love the London Sock Exchange and am a repeat purchaser. They have such unique designs and every pair of socks I've bought from them have been excellent quality. This year was no exception! I bought a set of three that were very well received as a Christmas present. I will be back!
