The Knights Vault Arvostelua

1st time customer, I bought a Lord of the Rings sword (Anduril) on a back order due to high demand. The staff kept me informed all the way and when I did receive my order it was packaged well. The sword itself was really high quality and if you're an big kid, nerd ;) or just a collector you cannot go wrong with the knights vault. I am already saving for my next purchase. Special thankyou to Sarah.

Very fast delivery, packaged well and protected. The sword is pristine and just looks amazing

The sword feels and looks great, the time delay was not good, but the free gift was an excellent gesture.

Great communication and really considerate packaging

Although the product I ordered arrived later than expected they gave me an additional item at no extra costs to make up for it which was a great testament to their customer service!

After a quick response from my initial email, the way was made clear for us to order the embroidery we wanted. Thanks for such great attention!

I bought Anduril for my brother's wedding while on backorder. However due to law changes in the UK it took around five months for the new stock to arrive. Throughout, I was kept up to date on what was happening and when the sword finally came available. It was sent to me promptly within a few days of coming back into stock! Even threw in a little gift to say sorry for the delay!

The customer service is excellent, the staff both online and in person are friendly and the item itself is absolutely phenomenal. Will be looking to get something for myself at some point

Easy ordering off of website and fast response. Shipment was fast. Very satisfied!

Great piece and quick delivery. Very happy with it

I cannot thank you guys enough for getting me my sword on time for my wedding. Even though it got lost in the mail it still got here on time. The owners are so sweet and kind. They went out of their way to help me. I'll be posting about it on my tiktok page. So happy it got here. 10/10

We stopped at this store while visiting on vacation. We really loved everything in there and decided when we got home to order something for my husband for his birthday. Very prompt service

I bought a sword; it arrived quickly, in perfect condition, exactly as described, and their communication was excellent.

Beautiful sword and just seeing how thrilled my husband when he saw it.

Amazing quality, speedy delivery!

Outstanding service and what an amazing sword. I have wanted it for years and I am in no way, shape, or form disappointed. The sword is made of quality materials and beautifully crafted. I could not recommend any more!

This is the second Sword I have bought from the Knight's Vault. I would highly recommend them. Excellent quality sword and came really well packaged and came really quickly once dispatched. I ordered this one on back order and received regular email updates with the estimated time of arrival. There was even a little gift inside which is very much appreciated. Will definitely be ordering more in the future from them.
