What a wonderful company. Georgina went over & above. The finger print I had wasn’t clear enough to use but with software, managed to clean it up to use. I ordered a silver heart charm, it’s so beautiful. I’m delighted with it.

The wrong thing was engraved by machine not hand and when approached the company denied they were wrong.

It is unfortunate that this customer gave us the wrong text for engraving. We had to have it machine engraved as it was too much text for the space to be hand engraved. We did explain this to the customer but it was the wrong wording that she had a problem with.

The delivery was prompt as was the packaging.
However the charm was a little lack lustre the baby being carried by stork in 2 parts, and the stork was not as shown on website.

I am sorry you did not like the stork and baby charm, the one you were sent was the one in the product photo. It is one of our vintage style models. We do have an alternative more modern version.
