Everything arrived very quickly and was very well packaged. One bread loaf had a split in the package but everything was still fresh.

Ordered 3 loafs if bread, only got 2.
Emailed back to the auto order email as it requested, sadly they don't work weekends due to smaller operation, so took time to respond. No complaints about the food/website. Did refund and apologise. Will use again. Thanks for resolving.

The products tasted just like ordinary preserves. Infact Id ho as far as to say much better. Where normal ones leave a bit of a sickly sweet after taste these ones do not. Also being on a calorie controled diet these low calorie Jams let me indulge my sweet tooth as well as being part of the diet. Perfect

With a wide range of suitable products; simplicity in choosing what is required; and delivery rates that are straightforward and half those of others, where else does one go?

We have always found The Keto Shop products to be fresh and swiftly delivered. My wife is a big fan as it allows her to enjoy food again after so many years of abstinence!! Our last order there was a small error, but it was quickly resolved by contacting Customer Support via their website.

I have just received my first order and the pizza bases are mouldy 😞 I have emailed with a picture and order statement and awaiting a reply.
