We have always found The Keto Shop products to be fresh and swiftly delivered. My wife is a big fan as it allows her to enjoy food again after so many years of abstinence!! Our last order there was a small error, but it was quickly resolved by contacting Customer Support via their website.

Tbh had a tracking number sent to me for my item which won't even be dispatched until the week of the 17th November so why the tracking number. Took the day off work. When I emailed you I was told it was a mistake and yes an apology was given but not acceptable or professional.

I am really annoyed I ordered keto bread and got notification from the Royal Mail it would be delivered on Friday. I added a safe space and stated back garden. I went out on Friday got back late and no package. Checked my emails and they had left it at the front door.. surprise surprise not there. Keto Shop were helpful and rectified my issue.

My first order arrived damaged, but the customer service team handled everything quickly and professionally. Communication was clear and polite, and the issue was resolved perfectly. Really appreciate their professionalism and how well they look after customers.
