Thekeggy Arvostelua 

Order arrived in a few weeks to the UK. Purchased the recommenced C02 gas. This was bought to serve sparkling wine. We have tried at every psi and the sparkling wine is no longer fizzy when poured and has a horrible taste. I have emailed 4 times asking how to return the keggy and to receive a full refund but no response. I also placed and paid an order for the Cary bag. I cancelled this order immediately and have had no refund. Terrible product and company do not buy.

Ordered 6 weeks ago. No communication and nothing dispatched. Very poor

Very poor. Not convinced it isn't a scam. Tried to cancel on my order on the same day of placing it. Initially the company was quite responsive. They offered me a discount to keep the order - I declined, they offered again, I declined, They offered again, I declined. I then begged them just to cancel my order, and now radio silence from the company.

Below my last email to the customer service of Thekeggy:
On 26 June, I received an email confirming that my order would be shipped on 6 July.
On 9 July, you informed me that the order had been dispatched and that I would receive the tracking information within 24–48 hours. To date, I have received neither the tracking details nor the goods. As a result, I have no reason to believe that the order has actually been shipped.
It is evident that you have been unable to fulfil the contract despite having taken payment several weeks ago.
I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled and with the lack of accurate communication regarding my order. Unless this issue is resolved immediately, I intend to share my experience through social media and on Trustpilot to inform other potential customers of the level of service I have received.
As I no longer have confidence that you will fulfil my order, I request an immediate refund of the full amount paid. Please confirm that the refund has been processed without delay.
