I booked a post natal massage with Lisa after my delivery. She was punctual, polite and an absolute expert. My tummy has gone back in. I felt as if pain left my body with each massage. After pregnancy and delivery with pelvic pain, the massage helped me sleep better! Post natal massage is well worth the money 👍

I really found it to be a great experience, for me this was perfect I got to meet up with new people and make new friends, also this has really helped my own mental health, the class itself was really calming really peaceful, this was the first time I've done yoga in my life and I'm 43 years old , so to have something like this in my life is very important to me. and by the way the yoga teacher was fantastic, i would definitely recommend her yoga class to anyone anytime.

I attended a candlelit yoga and meditation session with Lisa at the West Hendon Community Hub. The class was both calming and energising, and I really appreciated the combination of yoga movements, breathing exercises, lighting (candles), music, and scent (incense). I have found all of the sessions in this course to be a great way of meeting my neighbours, as well as improving my physical and mental health. I am now more aware of where I hold tension in my body and how to let it go, and breathing techniques to reduce anxiety. I really hope that the sessions continue after the summer break.

Honestly the best massage I've ever had. My body has been so tense during this pregnancy and Lisa is so talented she knew exactly where to release the tension without me even saying anything. You can tell she has soo much experience. Thank you so much and looking forward to the next massage:)

I thoroughly enjoyed the yoga session, as the teacher made it manageable and the atmosphere there was vibrant and comfortable. There was nice background music whilst we did the various guided positions and breathing techniques. Following the session I was totally relaxed and gained energy. I felt really good.

Lisa was fantastic! My baby was 8 weeks old. I was tired and embarrassed that I hadn’t waxed my legs, but she put me at ease straight away. The massage was so relaxing and really helped my back to loosen up. I will be asking her to come back to do a mother and baby massage. Highly recommend.
