Lisa is so genuine and the meditation and relaxation gets better on every visit. Highly recommend for releasing stress and anxiety great night sleep had afterwards

Due to some health issues, I find the yoga session very helpful ,it is relaxing and lisa and sangita are great teachers

Karma Mama runs some really great sessions enriching her pupils with her knowledge ,empowering them to learn new skills or insight to benefit a persons health and well being. Karma Mama sessions are wonderfully thought out and prepared and enjoyable for all ages and names to faces so the community can come together as One.

I recently attended 2 Women's Week wellness events in Hendon for relaxing yoga/soundbath and acrylic portraits. Lisa was amazing as always, creating a beautiful supportive space where everyone felt welcome and included.

Despite arriving stressed and anxious, in lots of pain, I ended up so relaxed during the sound bath and Reiki healing I ended up falling asleep!

The portrait evening was equally restorative. I arrived having had a really bad day but soon found myself completely lost in the activity, giving my mind a much needed rest from it's usual constant state of turmoil.

Lisa provided thoughtful, healthy snacks and refreshments and even made a very tasty vegetarian curry for the portrait evening! Thank you so much. 🙏❤️

I’ve attended many of her classes over the last two years, and they’ve been phenomenal and deeply transformative. I always leave feeling more energised, with my brain fog lifted and both my mind and body feeling calmer and more relaxed.

I’ve also noticed a real positive shift in my mental health since starting her classes. They’ve helped me through some incredibly stressful periods in my life, including my bar exams, and have given me a sense of grounding and balance during those times.

I would highly recommend attending any of her classes, you genuinely feel a shift in yourself almost immediately, and even more so the following day when handling the demands of everyday life. Her family meditation, sound bath, yoga, and reiki sessions are all incredible.

What I especially love is the holistic approach she brings by incorporating nutrition alongside her practices. It truly feels as though you leave having cared for and retuned your entire body and mind.

These groups are so amazing and help me manage my mental health, really beneficial in every way . Thx Lisa

I've been to a number of Lisa's events at the hub - yoga, breathworth, women's circle, healing arts - and each one was delivered with so much care and consideration of everyone's healing journey. She goes over and above to make everyone connect and feels comfortable and has even brought out of my shell as a zumba instructor. Grateful for you Lisa - highly recommend! 🙏🏾💛

I have been to a number of classes with the Karma Mama. Every single session is very unique and uplifting. I always come away feeling happy and content. Meeting up with the community at so many of classes with like minded people has brought about unity. I have got to know so much about the different cultures within the West Hendon Community through the various cultural events. The most recent session I attended was the Dynamic mindfulness walk through the Welsh harp reservoir, where we walked to a woodland clearing and did kundalini meditatiion. At the start ofvour walk, Lisa aka Karma Mama initially guided us by awakening our senses; what we felt around us, under our feet, the sounds, smells etc. We went to a woodland area where practised kundalini meditation (shaking, dancing, seated breathwork and silence). It was an unexpected, amazing experience. The shaking and dancing made me notice how my body warmed up and I felt my blood circulation must have improved. My senses were enhanced. I noticed the freshness of the air, the smells all around, of the vanilla from the burning candle, the different smell of the incense sticks, the smell of the wood from the damp trees, the freshness of the air I was breathing. The sound of the different birds was so calming andcwhen we lay down on the yoga mats, I felt the dew on my face which was so lovely. At the end of the session, I came away feeling exhillerated revitalised.
I would definitly recomend this to anyone.

Despite arriving late, I was graciously welcomed into the session. Beforehand, I had been in a rush and arrived feeling quite parched, so it was refreshing to be offered a drink and some snacks. Although I missed the beginning instructions, I received guidance throughout the class. I worked with acrylic paints, and Lisa introduced us to acrylic pens, which was a new experience for me. Using them toward the end was delightful and added a wonderful touch to my artwork. It was truly inspiring to witness the fantastic glass art completed by everyone by the session's conclusion. I always leave these classes feeling energized. Many thanks to Lisa for another fantastic class!
