Sending good, dishes not
The information about the sending and where the things are at the moment, where very good.
Unfortunately, the yellow dishes are not really yellow, but more to brown/beige.
I expected lemon-yellow dishes, as they are from Amalfi.
So, overall 3 stars.

I payed for shipping and it was terrible service
I don’t think it was the companies fault but the service was terrible, it arrived soaking wet, Completely though both packages
(FedEx)
There’s no excuse for that! Especially when we paid shipping.

Vastaus yritykseltä Thehouseful.com
Dear Deb,
Thank you for bringing your recent experience to our attention. While we cannot control the external handling of packages by shipping carriers such as FedEx, we genuinely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the condition in which your package arrived.
We would like to emphasize that the integrity of the items inside the package is of utmost importance to us. We're relieved to hear that the lemon vase inside the package arrived in good condition despite the external state of the box. The outer packaging is designed to protect the contents, and we're pleased to see that it fulfilled its purpose in this instance.
Nevertheless, we recognize that the overall experience did not meet your expectations, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We take your feedback seriously and will be conducting a thorough review of our shipping processes to identify areas for improvement.
If there's anything specific you would like us to address or if you have additional details to share, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@thehouseful.com. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to making this right for you.
Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your continued trust in our products.
