The mask looked nothing like what wa pictured on the website. The eye cutouts where miss aligned. The paint was chipping off in little spots all through out the mask this was supposed to be their HD Studio Pro quality masks what I reached out to the hordoms customer service to get a replacement or a refund because under their policy it says they will do a refund or replacement if the mask is defected I never heard back from them if you want to mask for trigger trading or dressing up at your house to pass out candy this is probably an okay mask but it would be overpriced for that you'd be better off just going to Spirit and getting a mask half the price for the same quality definitely not a good mask for Haunted House actors

What I received: a pink/purple face instead of the blended yellow-green, lime-green paint crudely sprayed on the sides, a black smudge across the forehead, dark soot-like marks around the eye and the claws, and a much cruder, less detailed finish overall. Even the claws are arranged differently.

It's a shame Trustpilot doesn't let me attach a photo, because the side-by-side comparison says it all.

When I sent them this comparison, customer service answered that it's a "lighting" issue: warm/yellow tones, shadows, low brightness in my home.

My photo was taken in bright natural daylight against a white wall. And I'd love to know what kind of lamp can rearrange claws, add black smudges and spray-paint green patches onto latex. If my living room light can re-sculpt and repaint a mask, I'm in the wrong business.

Lighting changes how colors look. It does not change the sculpt, the paint application or the level of detail. Blaming the customer's lighting instead of admitting the product doesn't match the photos is insulting.

Selling a product that looks nothing like the photos and then gaslighting the customer about it is a scam. Save your money.

Fast shipping. Great looking mask. Just waiting on Halloween now.

So glad I didn't do business with them.
I'm happy, I saw what they were like, before placing an order for a super expensive item, especially since I live in Europe (I can only imagine the nightmare if there were delivery issues or other problems, given that they never reply).
My partner and I contacted them several times over a weekend and the following week seeking crucial information about an animatronic for our halloween haunted house, and we didn't get a single response in a whole week.
Just imagine, if they don't reply before you've even committed to buying, what must it be like once you've actually placed an order?
Frankly, I have no desire to chase after them
I don't have the time for that. It’s a huge turn-off. It doesn't come across as serious or professional.
And after reading other reviews online, I really have no interest in doing business with them.
I'm giving them a miss and sticking with reliable sites like Mad About Horror, Horror Shop, HalloweenCostumes, and Déguizfêtes.

I’m a new customer to Horror Dome. I’ve received 3 shipments already and can’t wait for my Frankenstein creation mask to arrive. The Area 51 alien is the best. Very authentic looking. My Halloween setup will be rockin thanks to horror dome. John - Toronto, Canada

Got the cellar dweller zombie mask and gloves 👍 Now i can scare kids on Halloween 🥳

These mask are top notch! The level of detail is outstanding and I will keep buying more for my collection!

Item arrived quickly and the craftmanship is stunning- better than I hoped for! The Krampus costume will be a highlight of the event!

The mask is absolutely fantastic. My kids and wife are very scared of it. The vision is low but I reached out and they helped me how to open the vision more. Outstanding quality. I would definitely or other masks in the future

Very high quality.
Great for the person wearing as they won’t be in a full costume that makes them sweat too much.
Can wear a t-shirt and shorts or jeans.
Very happy and worth the price.
Can store in a small box.

The mask I ordered is very hard to breathe in

Fast delivery! Quality product.

Very fast shipping, didnt get foam head cushions.

The quality of their products is top notch. The creativity of their artists always surprises. And their customer service is great. I had a small issue with shipping but they immediately reached out, listened, and recovered.

Received my delivery immediately and I'm all set for Halloween. My Jester mask is already drawing great praise from my family and friends. It will be great to scare everyone this year...lol.

Rapid shipping! Awesome puppet! I'm giving 5 Stars and please don't misunderstand the video vs the ad. The video makes it appear as though it is animated but it is a non-animated puppet. The appearance is realistic, the hair is realistic and the size is large like the pics and video shows. I love it no matter what! It is a perfect addition to my current collection. This is the 2nd purchase from The Horror Dome and am waiting for the 3rd purchase.

Awesome mask not exactly like the stock picture but really nice. Just wish it was cheaper shipping to Canada. Would love to get some more clown masks.

Fast delivery, quality product!
