Liz is a wealth of knowledge and her passion and wisdom on Herbalism and wellness is so contagious. It was an absolute joy to attend her children's sessions with my kids and they learned so much from Liz. My children are now such confident foragers and love being able to name some of the plants they've learned about with Liz.

I went along to a seaweed foraging evening and had a brilliant time - completely exceeded expectations! Great activities with plenty to take home and delicious seaweed snacks to try.

Liz is simply fantastic! She helped us arrange an amazing workshop for my daughter's birthday party and we all had the best time. She's so warm, knowledgable and friendly. We had a lovely time at the seaweed hebology workshop at the Scottish Seabird centre. It was perfect pitched for complete beginners and more experienced people allike. Getting some little take home goodies meant that the experience keeps on giving :)
