A stunning product!!

A stunning product!!! A beautiful tasty blend of positivity for the mind, body and soul.
I have a full on 24/7 job filled with lethargy, stress and bad eating and sleeping habits… this product has seriously helped me to calm the nervous system, promoted healthier cognitive function, and increased my energy levels. Moreover, which I believe to be another benefit of Ashwaganda, has helped to remove the urge to reach for a glass of wine when everything feels a bit too much… Brucey Bonus for the body!
My favourite is Get up and Glow, beautiful on my morning musli… so delightfully tasty.

These products are extremely well blended, and a perfect conduit for natures medicine.

The blends are designed to work with the body’s natural rhythms, supporting the nervous system from morning through to evening. Ingredients such as ashwagandha and valerian are traditionally used to promote relaxation and a calmer response to stress, which for many people can have a positive knock-on effect on energy, focus and evening wind-down habits.

amazing product!
really boosted my mood in the mornings and tastes delicious in porridge and drinks, the get up and glow is now my favourite go to instead of coffee!

Delicious 🤤 and mood boosting 💯

I’ve never been a tea or coffee drinker and having always been vegetarian too, I’ve struggled to find a healthy alternative drink that I look forward to. If joining friends at a cafe, I’d usually end up with a hot chocolate (way too sweet) or a Chai Latte which is usually just a bit meh 🫤
I would 100% choose an Unplug instead, as I make at home with frothed oat milk. I usually mix 3 to 4 teaspoons of unplug with half a cup of boiled of water. It mixes really easily with no residue at the bottom of a cup. I then top with hot, frothy oat milk and if I want a little more sweetness, I’ll sometimes add a little squirt of agave nectar on top. It’s a mug of heaven I look forward to every mid morning break and definitely hits the destress spot.
I’ve also used unplug to make boost bars using oats, seeds and nuts and these have been very easy to make and are divine and a much healthier go-to snack.
Delivery was also super quick. Can’t recommend highly enough!

It’s lovely to hear how you’ve made it your own; the frothed oat milk, a touch of agave, and that rich cacao blend sound like the perfect combination (and we totally agree… it’s so much better than a sugary café hot chocolate or syrupy chai). And we’re seriously impressed that you’ve made the Unplug booster bar recipe they are delicious!

Definitely recommend

Really quick delivery and the products taste amazing. Would definitely recommend. My favourite is the unplug, but they all taste amazing.

Fantastic service from The Happy Nutrition Co.

After contacting Claire at The Happy Nutrition Co. asking for guidance regarding probiotics for my Sons gut-health, I came away with a wealth of information and thanks to Claire, I am now making my own Kefir too! She has been so helpful, recommending various supplements for my Son to take and gave me information to take away to do further research.
I would highly recommend Claire, without a doubt, for any help regarding Nutrition and gut health, she really knows her stuff, is super friendly and always replies to messages promptly.
