Cheap, cheap quality - nothing like the photos!
They are in China! Tried to return- they gave me a whole runaround about how complicated it is to return internationally and expensive! Offered me 10% back and I could keep the items. I pushed back. I eventually got 30% back and kept the items but the items are useless. They’re awful.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They only get one star because none is not an option. I ordered 3 pieces from their website. The package took way too long to arrive, that’s the first thing. The fabrics are cheap and sizing is incorrect. I initiated a return and got an email back asking for photos of the garments with measurements, photos of the tags AND a photo of the item on!! These are ridiculous requests and go too far. I emailed them back and said so and just got the same email back. I suspect they try to make it so hard to return that you give up. This is a shady company and I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from them.

This business is a scam. The dresses are of very poor quality and they say that you can return merchandise but they refuse to give refunds. I would not recommend you buy anything from them. My experience with them was very bad.

This experience has been awful. The order took three weeks to arrive. When it did, it was not what I saw in the images- was cheap looking, wrinkled and flimsy. I have resisted a return and have not heard back thus far- although the response email stated within 24 hours, which is not true. This seems like a scam!!!!!

I wasn't searching for anything specific, just browsing after dinner one evening. Somehow I ended up finding several pieces that matched my style perfectly, which almost never happens.

The online store has beautiful clothes, shoes, bags and more.very unique. I just ordered 2 gorgeous dresses. Can’t wait to get them.

I've ordered from quite a few clothing websites over the years, and this was one of the easiest experiences I've had. Communication was good from the moment I placed the order until delivery.

My first time experience with The Hills was very pleasant. The website made navigating my purchase very easy. Keep up the good work.

I packed one of the jumpsuits for a short holiday and ended up wearing it twice. It was comfortable enough for sightseeing while still looking nice for dinner later in the evening.

WARNING WARNING WARNING!! You will get ripped off if you deal with this fake company. Of course, there is no store in Nashville, and the business has a generic address in Delaware.

They advertise "easy returns" -- please, please, please understand -- you will NOT be able to return anything. Haha - but first you will receive an email asking you to remove the clothing from packaging, put it on, take a photo "showing how the item fits", photo "the actual item measurement (e.g., length, waist, etc.), photograph the tag size and take "a short video showing the item and the issue." You will have to get your bank to cancel the transaction.

Please don't do business with this company.

Edit: July 19, 2026. The Hills Nashville has responded saying they don't take these things "lightly" and want to seek a "fair resolution". Just look at their rating on Trustpilot -- under 2! -- and read other reviews; it is obvious that both of these statements are false. What they SAY they do -- on their website and in their emails -- is the opposite of what they actually do. Read the hundreds of reviews! Now look at their website homepage. Ah! There is the first lie! It shows a storefront. But "The Hills Nashville" has no brick and mortar operation anywhere in the U.S.. Now look at the address on their "Contact" page. It's a "registered agent" address in Delaware used by hundreds if not thousands of companies -- just use Google Instantstreetview to see it. Haha! 祝你好运

I purchased a pair of sandals that did not fit well. After 8 correspondences to request a return, The Hills Nashville has refused to accept my request:

1. The company asked for photos of the item to be worn.
2. They told me that since they reviewed the ordered size, my request for a return falls "outside of a sizing error on their end".
3. After further pressing them to accept my request, instead they sent me a 15% discount code to purchase another item, which they claimed would only then start the process of returning my original order.

The company cannot be trusted and has no regard for genuine customer service, only for keeping the customer's money by any means necessary. I should also mention that the sandals I purchased are the absolute worst quality (made of PU) and have a strong odor of a chemical vat. And this so-called The Hills Nashville? It was shipped from Delaware, but the company wanted me to pay for the return shipment for the amount of 14.95 GBP.

Avoid this company, their lack of quality, their poor customer service - and spread the word that no one should ever purchase from them.

I went to what I thought was Macy’s website never thought someone would be posing as them. Ordered three blazers that I’ve been watching, they called it a summer sale clearance. And they were still posing as Macy’s paid for my items, received a thank you for shopping at Macy’s. Two days later is when I received your is being processed and that’s when the name changed to The Hills of Nashville. That kept updating me on my order why it was taken so long. And then when it arrived they sent three shirts that are So Cheaply made I can’t even give them away for gifts. I tried to return and they have gone Ghost on m. I reached out to Macy’s just to inform them of what happened and to make them aware. I got the impression that they really didn’t care. Do Not Trust This Company

What impressed me most wasn't even the clothes, it was how organised everything felt. From the confirmation email to the delivery updates, I always knew exactly where my order was.

The Hills in Nashville website is a front and the items aren’t coming from a nice boutique in the middle of a moving sale as a mother/daughter team follows their dreams of owning their store full of lovely clothing. In 15 days my items arrived from China. I stupidly didn’t check around for reviews but instead was lured in by this attractive site, I spent $200+on shoes and three small dresses all for myself. They were having a great sale but thought $39-$49 per on nice boutique style outfits would be worth it. I was so disappointed to receive what reminded me of very roomy hospital gowns- the material was not good at all. One 2 piece outfit would never fit a 10 year old in the pelvic region so to wear it meant a very short waist or a very cramped lower pelvic area. Terrible factory settings there I guess just don’t order and save yourself the headache. They refuse to offer me anything even after I sent photos (they asked for pictures of the items) because I received what I ordered. I told them no I didn’t, these are trash and their deceitful website look nice. I wish I’d read their return policy more closely, that might have deterred me.

Deceptive advertising, low quality shoes, horrible and contradictory return policy. Do NOT purchase from this company! You receive great AI-generated customer service until you ask for details to cancel or return for a refund. They refused to cancel my order even after several requests. When I followed instructions for the refund, they then offered 10% refund, stating that I could keep the shoes & that shipping costs would be my responsibility and the cost would be expensive. I would give 0.01 stars if possible.

The website was very easy to use and I love the selections that this company has as well as the prices. I have not received my order yet, but I love the way that they are keeping me informed on my order. I’m quite sure that I will be shopping with them again!!

This stuff isn't made in America, it's coming from china on the slow boat.

These items are not leather or cotton, they're PU and polyester.

You'll find the same items with way better prices on temu.

This can not be a mom and daughter shop, that's just a slight of hand to lure you in and trick you.

I'm still trying to cancel my order that hasn't shipped for 2 weeks.
Asking how to return the one that's on its way, I get no real answers.

It's still the wild West online, and these robbers should be stopped.

It states hassle free returns but you try and it's a China scam stay away.. i have been trying for a refund since 6-29... i just keep get a running around.... same response supposed to 30 day hassle free .. but they use the export fee to keep you from returning. Then offer you a voucher. Bc they say they cant refund me the 20%. And this has started it all over again. Do not purchase from here...scam scam scam.. I have reached out at least 25 times for a refund on their 100% hassle free returns and now it's crickets.. beware of this company and do your homework before ordering from rando's like this.

They could improve everything. Including customer service. Size, fit, quality. Believe the reviews!!! This is an unscrupulous company, selling really cheap merchandise, and they won't refund your money. Take it to the bank
