Great company. Item I bought was faulty, but they instantly sorted out a replacement. Great communication and went out of their way to sort it quickly. Throughly recommend them.

Ordered the Questyle QCC Pro dongle. That is a game changer for my headphone. No issue with delivery to The Netherlands, despite a bit long. Overall a positive experience

Nulla da eccepire! Imballo accurato, spedizione abbastanza veloce trattandosi della Cina, poco più di una settimana. Farò di sicuro nuovi acquisti. Consigliato.

Swift delivery, great price, reasonable shipping, quality product. Overall great experience!

It's an amazing product! Works really well, I recommend it for Fiio Hifi headphone with low impedance.

My questions were answered quickly, and I received the item in perfect condition. I will definitely shop at Hifi Cat again. I gladly give them 5 stars.

Great, seamless experience purchasing from these guys.

I ordered a small item from the hificat (a leather case for a new Fiio digital audio player). It arrived quickly (considering the distance it had to travel), and was exactly what I ordered. That was good service. I probably will buy from them again.

I purchased a leather case for my Snowsky FiiO Echo Mini music player thru thehificat.com. Not only was the product as described, but they had it in stock when many did not. The process was simple and efficient. Very happy with my purchase and will likely use this store again in the future.

Item arrived exactly at the time with small appropriate Christmas gift. Specifically, I've ordered FiiO KA13 DAC at the best price at the time. Overall positive buying experience.
Thank you Hifi Cat

Simple and positive experience.
I found a very good price for the item I purchased, with free shipping included. The website is clear and easy to navigate. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the product arrived without any issues. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase and would consider ordering again.

Acquistato Dac Fiio K13 R2R, arrivato abbastanza velocemente, ottimi prezzi, ottimo supporto clienti.

Very fast shipping and they covered the taxes to arrive in America. Very good experience

Yet another option to get premium HiFi gear from Chinese manufacturers. Really good selection of brands and gear! Will check back regularly. In terms of delivery to Germany there were no issues, of course, all perfect!

I had an issue with delivery of my item, after a brief exchange with customer service I was able to get a replacement shipped. Received that one with no problem. Would do business again.

Very satisfied. I needed to change the delivery address, they responded very promptly and within a few minutes the change was visible online. Within a few days I was enjoying the improvement of my audio system.

Quick respond with mediocre delivery. Thank you Hifi Cat.
