They noticed that I accidentally double purchased, sent me an email to confirm, and refunded me.

The response was quick and efficient. I have yet to receive/look at the package, however the customer service at this point has been excellent.

It assured me that I would not be enrolled in any ongoing program.

The customer service was lovely and reassuring. I thought it was a subscription I paid for but they reassured me that it was only one off payment when I order their products

I sent an email enquiry. I had an almost immediate response, from customer services, which directly related to my concerns.
I was informed that the situation would be forwarded to the appropriate department and they would respond. They did within 24 hours, completely answering my concerns and rectified the issue.

Customer service replied quickly to my email about monthly subscription putting my mind at rest that no charges would be made as it appeared so on my order.

I thought it accidentally hit the subscription button but Jan emailed me withing a couple days to assure me this was not the case and I would not be charged for anything beyond my original purchase. I appreciate the quick response.
