I am on a very tight budget so am extremely grateful she was extremely helpful cancelled the extra order at my say so organised a refund. Customer service was excellent. Fast response time and quick resolution. The ordering process itself was very unclear. Options, add-ons, bonus offers, were confusing and resulted in mistakes being made when placing my order. Jenny (CSR) was most helpful, after the fact, but, should not have been needed.
