Excellent service

Excellent service
2nd time using Grand Whisky Auction and delighted with the process from ordering and being updated on bids, auction ending etc to delivery today. So we'll packaged and delivery times excellent. Sooner than expected.

No worries sale of my bottles.

Very straightforward way to move my spare bottles and realise some profits.
Communications back and forth were done quickly.
Great updates to my email as the bids were coming in during the sale period.
Got some excellent prices and the commissions are reasonable

I would like to thank the staff for a grant service from picking up and to displaying in the auction with emails to inform you of each bid on my bottles and finally the end results fantastic service would recommend it highly 👍
