Extremely disappointed with this company , no order , no refund , truly scammer .

Order number TGG0203732. Order placed 3 of September was supposed to recieve it 18th . No email sent regarding order no order showing on the website contacted the team many times no solution . 18th of September still said processing when I track the order manually I asked for a refund they said 10-14 days till today I haven’t recieved anything from them I’m getting a feeling that this is a scamming company or they are very unprofessional with what they do anyways because I found no solution with their team I have already reported to the uae authorities about this matter and I hope they deal with them .

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Website

I strongly regret placing an order with The Global Genie. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing online shopping experiences I have ever had.

I placed my guitar order on September 14, 2026, and was given an expected shipping date of September 27. Despite waiting patiently, my order remained stuck on “Processing,” with absolutely no meaningful progress or clear explanation.

I contacted customer support multiple times, and even escalated the issue to a manager. Unfortunately, neither could provide a concrete update or a satisfactory solution. All I received were vague responses about waiting for updates. No transparency, no accountability, and no meaningful effort to resolve the situation.

Things got even worse when I requested a cancellation and a full refund. Instead of resolving the issue directly, I was told that they could not process the refund themselves and that I would have to contact my bank or payment provider to dispute the transaction.

Let that sink in: you pay for a product, wait weeks without receiving it, chase customer support repeatedly, and then have to fight to get your own money back.

This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. A professional business should communicate honestly, respect customers’ time, and take responsibility when orders go wrong. Unfortunately, that is not the experience I received.

I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before ordering from this website. Personally, I will never order from The Global Genie again, and I would rather purchase from a more reliable retailer, even if it costs a little more.

My advice: Do your research, keep records of every conversation, and think twice before risking your money here.

Be careful! TGG will take your money, fail to deliver your order, and refuse to refund you.

1★ Review – Poor Communication and Broken Promises

I placed my order on 22 September, with an estimated delivery date early October. Unfortunately, my order has still not been delivered.

I have repeatedly followed up through email and phone calls, but customer service has been unable to provide any meaningful information about the status of my order. Each time I contact them, I am told that someone will investigate and get back to me within 24 hours, but that never happens.

What is even more frustrating is that they are not willing to offer a refund, despite being unable to provide a clear update on my order. Instead, they continue to make promises to respond or escalate the issue, without any actual follow-through.

When I checked the order status on their website, it appeared that the order had not even progressed properly through the processing stages. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and repeated unfulfilled promises have made this a very disappointing experience.

Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to be cautious before ordering. Very disappointing service and customer support. ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)

Scammers i ordered 4 books on 20 August, and till now it's still processing. called them 3 times on their Dubai number, and they informed me they would call me back in 24 hours, but they never did.

So be aware of that site

DONT BUY IF YOU DONT HAVE THE PATIENCE!!! Placed an order on September 5th, and was not processed, contacted the Whatsapp number on September 9th and they told me that I have to pay $80 extra for the items to be processed and shipped! even thought I paid the full amount on the website which was $120, I asked for cancellation and they told they will forward my request for the UAE team??? and haven’t heard anything form them. I sent 4 emails the CS and the GCC still no response since then, I called today on the 15th and gave me the same response that they will forward my request!

Update: it’s the 17th, after I called again and mentioned their instagram account they finally responded with the cancellation confirmation, and the bank sent a message with the reverse payment next 5 working days. I guess it’s a legit company but they REALLY NEED to work on their website and CUSTOMER SERVICE for the customers to come back, because personally my experience wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t order from them again.

The service provided by TheGlobaLGenie is amazing. I had ordered a G shock watch which was only available on Amazon.com. The delivery was seamless and really smooth. It was a cross border delivery and was delivered before time.

Genuine website. We received our Buffalo wings Thai curry sauce. I will order more from this website

I placed my order on July 28th and have not received it to date. They did not send any tracking number. I have called customer service at least 5 to 6 times. Each time I called, they said they would forward my inquiry to the relevant team and that someone would contact me, but I have not heard from anyone so far. I doubt that this is a legitimate company.

I was approached by the global genie via amazon for my pet food supply.
Once i entered their world i was completely taken aback by the list of product options being offered and found better deals. My only worry was genuineness, duration validity, and customer care connectivity for the order, and i was pleasantly surprised worth satisfaction in all factors that mattered. There was only slight issue with predicted ETA and actual delivery date, which was being looked into and updated by the team whenever approached for information.
Looking forward to exploring my options with them.

I ordered 2 duffle safari bags from them. I had to follow up with them over emails and calls. They eventually told me there was a delay and they couldn't deliver. I then asked for a refund, but a day after my request, they send me an email to confirm my shipment would arrive with Aramex.

I told them I did not want the bags anymore as I had placed another order with Amazon, but they still went ahead to deliver the cancelled shipment to my doorstep. Now I'm currently chasing them to collect their items and refund my money, which is very frustrating.

Overall, if you value your time don't order here. Customer service is terrible.

Very disappointing experience. I spent over 5,000 SAR on this order. After it was delayed, I was promised that my shipment would be forwarded from Saudi Arabia to Bali so I could receive it during my trip. I trusted that promise, but it was never fulfilled. To make things worse, the package arrived with a badly damaged box. I truly regret purchasing from this company and expected much better service and communication.
