Very disappointing experience with this online store.

In my case, the order took a long time to process and was ultimately not delivered.

I have also been following up on the refund for more than a month, and the issue still hasn't been resolved.

Based on my experience, the delivery handling, customer service, and refund process could be improved.

Worse unprofessional customer service!!

They took the order ko email no product no money after 52 email and calls to their customer service!

I will report them to consumer right as well .

I Am extremely disappointment regarding an order for medicines I placed through their website on 11September. The payment was successfully debited from my account, yet I have received no update or shipment updates since then.previously attempted to contact their customer care team, and I was assured that someone would check on the status and email me back. However, it has now been more than a month, and I still have not received any response or resolution. This level of service is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I ordered a rebounder from The Global Genie on 3 October 2026, paying AED 2,956, with a promised delivery date of 16 October.
It is now 27 October and my order is still showing as "Processing". Despite repeated emails, I have only received 2 responses, both saying they will follow up but nothing else comes, no dispatch confirmation nor explanation for the delay.
Their own published cancellation policy states that orders can be cancelled before shipment. I have now formally requested cancellation and a full refund.
Having read numerous recent reviews describing similar experiences, I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering.
I am sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision before spending their money.
I will update this review if the company resolves the matter.

My experience with TheGlobalGenie has been disappointing. It has been a month and a half since my two orders were cancelled, and I still have not received my refunds, despite being told they would take 10–14 business days.

I have followed up several times by email, but I have not received proof that the refunds were processed or a clear date for receiving my money. This delay and the lack of resolution have affected my trust in the store. Based on my experience, I would n*t recommend shopping here. I will update this review once I receive my refunds and the issue is resolved.

No response of any information about my order. It has been delayed for over a month. Still not receiving my order. Not recommended at all.

**WORST COMPANY EVER – DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!**

I placed my first order in August, and it never arrived. I requested a refund, but I never received it.

Despite this, I decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt and placed a second order on 31 August. It is now 19 October, and I still haven’t received my order.

Not only have they failed to deliver my purchases, but they have also failed to refund me for the first order. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of delivery, communication, and customer service is appalling.

I have been more than patient, but after nearly two months of waiting and still having neither my original order nor my refund, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a Ninja air fryer on 26 August 2026 and paid AED 2,488 by card. I cancelled the next day, and TGG confirmed the cancellation in writing with a refund promised within 10–14 business days.
Over seven weeks later, I have not received the refund. I have sent more than 10 emails and called several times. The replies say the matter has been "escalated", but no refund date has been given. The cancelled item was also delivered anyway, and no collection has been arranged despite repeated requests. Calls to the GCC number go unanswered.
I have now had to raise a formal consumer complaint and a card dispute to recover my money. Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again, and I would recommend checking their refund handling before placing an order.

SCAM, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! 16 emails, 3 x 30 minute calls, zero response, promises on calls, no follow up. Sophia and Sam customer care and Navid the manager who doesnt answer WhatsApps because you cant call him do not respond once you pay. After paying 3000 aed with promise of installation only response after paying was no longer installation included, then silence for past 8 days.

It's a scam, I have not received my items despite multiple emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages. Initial review of this company noted it was fine however after having ordered I can confirm it is not reputable. Do not order through here.

Strange. I went on TrustPilot to check this company and it had a vast majority of 5 star reviews with a rating of 4.0. Suddenly, after my order, they have had 10 straight 1-star ratings and average is dropping daily.

Naively (?) I still hold on to the hope that my order that was supposed to be delivered today is going to come soon, though still on the first "Processing"-step (out of many more steps to come on their order tracking system). I have spoken twice to after sales service about the order and they were supposed to send me an update by email within 48 hours which has still not come.

So far, it is a 1 star for me also, but I hope to have a good reason to update it to something much better.
