I paid for and was promised overnight delivery of water heater shutoff valve so I scheduled a plumber to install it. Shipment didn’t show up, called the company and was told item was on back order but failed to notify me. Customer service during call was excellent, received the shipment earlier than expected. Happy ending.

We were sold a defective product and the return policy is unreal. You can't open it but how do you know it's defective, unless you attempt to use it. I paid extra for fast shipping so that too was a frustration. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware.

They offer !same day shipping, at least that’s what they say! Ordered part on 4-28-26 good this it was for spare as on 5-6-26 still hadn’t shipped according to tracking so called customer service who did offer refund or “ next day” shipping. Part arrived ups two days later . Upon opening box was immediately obvious that this part was in a previously opened box. Zone valves come wrapped in bubble wrap inside box. This was just flopping around inside box and back of unit was scratched in several places . Very much looks as if this part was returned after being installed by someone else. I paid for a new part and that’s what I should have received. I don’t trust this company with anything and don’t believe you should either.

we placed order no. TF39582 and we paid the full amount, after 16 days we received the partial of order (33 pcs of system sensor SPRKL) and they informed us the rest of materials in the backorder (16 pcs of system sensor SPRKL) will deliver after 1 month (early of may 2026) because they are suddenly surprised the stock not available in stock and we have to wait..... we informed them to re fund the rest of amount but they never reply to our emails and reminder emails (even they stopped reply to the chat box for the same email ........ i sent emails to the ( customersupportgroup ) and no answer i sent to Leticia Alves email ( leticia.alves ) (the sales person we email to her in the beginning and she never reply to the email ..... simply they disappear for only 1000 USD

I ordered smoke alarm wiring harness adapters for all of the smoke detectors in my house. The old wiring in the house was not compatible with new detectors. When I got the shipment from the Fire Alarm Supplier they were the wrong ones. After a couple days of back and forth emails, I called their customer service line. I talked to Hadi who got everything straightened out and is shipping my correct ones right away. I haven't gotten then yet, I just talked to Hadi an hour ago, so when I get them I'll update my review.

⭐️ Review Draft (Frustrated + Warning Others)

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with The Fire Alarm Supplier and feel obligated to warn others.

I placed an order for two BRK / First Alert SMCO410 Z-Wave Smart Smoke & CO alarms (Order #TF33263). These are advertised as sealed 10-year battery life-safety devices, meaning they should have the majority of their service life remaining when sold as “new.”

Instead, the units I received were clearly marked with an end-of-life / replace-by date of November 20, 2025 — meaning they were manufactured in 2015 and already near the end of their usable life.

As of the delivery date, these alarms had less than one year remaining before mandatory replacement. That is completely unacceptable for a newly purchased, sealed-battery smoke and carbon monoxide alarm — especially considering these are critical safety devices.

What makes this even worse is the complete lack of customer service. I contacted the company multiple times over the past two weeks requesting either replacement with newly manufactured units or a refund. I have received absolutely no response or acknowledgment.

Selling near-expired life-safety products and then ignoring customers who raise serious concerns is unacceptable and irresponsible.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I will not be purchasing from them again.
