The Founders Club Arvostelua 

I recently had a Zoom call with their team after completing their initial pre-screening questions. During the call, I shared my professional background, including running a real estate team, managing multiple virtual assistants, and being involved in over 150 acres of development in the Caribbean, representing approximately 600–700 future homes.

After going through the conversation, I was informed that they generally don't work with individuals in the real estate industry unless they also operate another business generating millions in annual revenue.

I completely respect that businesses have specific criteria for the clients they choose to work with. However, I found it surprising that this wasn't communicated earlier in the process.

My background in real estate is readily available online through a simple Google search, and the initial screening questions would have been another opportunity to establish eligibility before scheduling a call.

What I find particularly interesting is the decision to exclude an entire industry. Real estate is home to countless successful entrepreneurs, investors, developers, and business owners managing multimillion-dollar operations. Many have built substantial businesses, teams, and investment portfolios. It seems like an unusual industry to exclude when evaluating entrepreneurial experience and business success.

I'm genuinely curious about the reasoning behind that policy, particularly when someone operating a substantial real estate development business may have comparable or greater operational responsibilities than founders in other industries.

Ultimately, I respect their business model and their right to choose who they work with. My criticism is more about the screening process and the apparent blanket exclusion of an industry with a significant number of accomplished entrepreneurs.

A little more transparency upfront would have saved everyone time and made for a better experience.

Won't stop emailing me and one of worst spammers out there. I have 14 (FOURTEEN) times to be removed from their emails from Aaron Spivak and Chris Meade. I have sent kind and respectful requests to be removed but never once got a reply. For a business that cannot accept and opt-out request after 14 freaking times has got major problems.

Founders Club has absolutely changed my life. I've met some of my best friends through this program and countless people who have changed my business, my health, and my mindset. I look forward to the retreats every year, and the cost of signing up is a fraction of the value you get!!

I joined Founders Club 3 years ago without a ton of expectations but knew that I wanted to be a part of the community that was just starting out. Since then, the group, like any startup, grown and evolved to become much stronger and better of a community.

Yes there are the events which are great (monthly masterminds, monthly community events, random local chapter events) but more so than anything else, the quality of the people is high. The community members share, gives more than they receive, and are just genuinely great humans. The founders here understand that we're all busy, we take valuable time out of our work day, personal lives, to go to events and still able to be present.

We don't have to be part of Founders Club, we get to be a part of it.
