Excellent fudge which I have placed multiple orders for. Besides one time having to wait 2 weeks, I contacted them and they were prompt in their reply with apologies and a free slab, Bonus.

I was subscribed, I may do so again when funds allow.

The delivery time was a little longer than anticipated but the response from customer service was quick and the delivery was next day after the response. So nothing really to complain about. I bought 6 bars and got a 7th one for free. The free bar is caramel Frappe and it is delicious. The fudge is sweet and creamy and the filling just a nice amount. I can’t wait to try the other flavours and buy some more

​I was initially very impressed with this company's website. They have a great range of fun flavours available and advertised special event packaging, which is why I chose them for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the actual experience was a massive letdown.

​I ordered a very large Father's Day fudge box at the beginning of the month—well in advance of the event—specifically as a gift for my husband's very first Father's Day. Not only did it take an age (several weeks) to dispatch (arriving just days before father's day), but it arrived in standard, non-themed packaging instead of what I ordered. This completely ruined the novelty factor (the main reason I spent a premium amount of money on it). To make matters worse, the outer packaging arrived dirty and slightly damaged, leaving me with very little faith in the hygiene of their operation.

​As for the product itself? Despite the impressive and fun flavour selection online, calling it the "finest" fudge is a joke. It is incredibly cheap, sub-par fudge sold as an expensive gimmick.

​When I emailed their customer support team to urgently resolve this before Father's Day (all I wanted was for them to send spare packaging sleeve with the fathers day print I ordered), I was met with complete radio silence. They have absolutely no customer service and they simply do not care once they have your money.

A sentimental milestone completely ruined by a company trading on false advertising. A nice website and fun marketing cannot make up for terrible quality and zero service. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Wow, I found this company by chance and really fancied some fudge, I was spoilt for choice but love rum and raisin anything so I know I would be a good judge of that and a cherry for hubby but he said he dosnt like fudge (shame) so thought son might like it but no, however upon tasting the cherry he said he would make an exception for the finest fudge co, I love it really creamy didn’t leave a weird aftertaste, I could almost have devoured the whole chunk! Delivered on the hottest days we experienced so put it straight in the fridge, can definitely say this company is now on my gift list.

Placed order on 13th June and had confirmation it was in it's way 16th June. Tracking hasn't updated since then and haven't had any replies to my email. A shame because the quality of fudge is excellent.

Ordered finally arrived, excellent fudge as always. Didn't have 2 of the slabs I ordered but replacements were just as good. Expect your order to take longer than you may hope and you'll be extremely satisfied with your order.

I was able to communicate as they were a gift and I didn't want the fudge to be delivered too soon.
The fudge itself is to die for. This is the third time of ordering from here. Great value for money and it is a great gift too.

Absolutely stunning fudge 😍. Ordered some for father's day and some for myself. The flavours I ordered for myself are lush, I think the caramel frappe is my favourite so far 😋. The cherry garcia is lovely, me not reading the description properly but I expected cherries to be in it, it is still delicious none the less but could I make a suggestion for adding candied cherries? 😂 I think that would make that one top tier for me. I'm excited to give my partners a little nibble to try his flavours but I highly recommend. I received my order within 6 days which was perfect. It was shipped within 2 days and It came before fathers day so I'm happy with that. Will definitely be ordering again soon 😊

Made a Father’s Day order on 12th June with plenty of time, still not received and looks like I’m not going to get it for Sunday. Don’t expect your orders anytime soon. Ridiculously slow, if you can’t promise delivery on special occasion orders what’s the point.

I bought the Father's Day bundle, and everything looks lovely. However, I never received the mystery bar as a first-time customer. I'm disappointed in the false advertising.

Ordered from TikTok shop after so many adverts saying how good it was. This is the cheapest weirdest fudge. Opened it and it smelt so artificial, I wonder if it is your packaging and the wax you use on the wrapping? Please look into this because it taits the fudge. As for the fudge it is very chemical and artificial. Fudge Kitchen and tbh fudge I make myself tastes better, it is like eating sweet playdough. God I am gutted. Come on guys, you can do so much better! Real butter? Real flavourings? Better food grade wax paper so it doesn't make everything taste like shit? It takes a lot for me to not want to eat fudge but I am throwing this away after spending £30.

I got sent cherry bakewell instead of the other cherry fudge, so not happy with that. If the other wasn't in stock I'd rather be emailed and ask if I'd like a substitute. Fudge is OK though

I originally ordered six of the fudge bars in varying flavours for my fudge-loving dad as a Father’s Day gift. When they arrived, I was a little puzzled as to why there were 2 boxes with 3 in each but this turned out to be very dangerous, as one of said boxes seems to have disappeared 😂!
The fudge, however, is lovely and tasty and has left me wanting more! My only slight niggle is that I thought they were coming in a Father’s Day gift box but it doesn’t mention Father’s Day anywhere on it!

Um well, there is only one way to say this but im addicted! No matter the flavour the fudge is always so smooth and flavourful. There is a wide variety to keep everyone happy and im slowly working my way through as many as possible. Well maybe not so slow a bar in this house last no longer than 2 days...oops it our go to fav sweet treat. Love the creativity in the flavour combos, they always come boxed really well and such a great price too. We have both our bdays coming up innune so we are subtly.. maybe not so subtly hinting at family getting us a few we haven't yet tried. Fingers crossed they get the hint. Delivery is always fast and packaged well, with each individual bar labelled. Basically if you haven't tried this or bought this or convinced someone to gift you some then get on it you honestly wont find anything better out there.

Quite possibly the best fudge I've ever tasted.

Haven’t yet received this order due to a delay but have enjoyed previous orders.

Well, the absolute perils of automated emails requesting reviews for items that havent even been dispatched yet. These are my thoughts. I ordered 6 blocks of fudge on the 16th and recieved an email to say order was being prepared on the 18th with a tracking number. Today is the 25th tracking still says awaiting parcel so 10 days after ordering i seem to be no further forward and to be honest the reason for buying it has passed. Having gone back and searched in the shipping terms policy the Website does in the small print caution that they are small batch made fudges and it could take up to 5 days to dispatch and its a bank holiday today but really this is ridiculous. Who plans to order perishable food items potentially over 2 weeks before they need them. On top of it all, there are 30 degree temperatures this week (in may!!) so who knows what condition my fudge will eventually arrive in. Not that it makes any difference to anyone I definitely wont be back, lesson learnt. Make your own decisions and leave plenty of time when placing your own orders

Absolutely love the fudges from these guys, The flavours are gorgeous ,I've had a couple of orders already will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Order #49381. Shop had my previous address on their records despite me telling them to change it. I immediately emailed Finest Fudge as soon as I'd ordered to tell them the correct address. Heard nothing so emailed again the next day. Then I found out it had been delivered to my previous address so emailed again expressing my disappointment. Still no response. Terrible customer service to just ignore emails. I'd like a full refund please.

As advised I emailed them again straight away following their message and 9 days later I have heard nothing! Absolutely terrible service! Very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely spot on! The fudge is delicious you can literally taste each flavour in the ones I picked (cherry Bakewell, rolo and salted caramel) honestly it’s mouthwatering you want more. I ordered these through TikTok on Monday evening and they arrived Wednesday. I’m very happy with my purchase and I’ll be more than happy to order again and let family and friends know about this company ☺️

6 bars of different flavours and all really tasty. Fresh made and although you have to wait for delivery you are updated when delivery due.
