The Finest Fudge Co. Arvostelua

Great fudge would use again Thank you

Just ordered but I had made a mistake and forgot to say I had a nut allergy thankfully they emailed back before it was sent out and are doing me a nut free batch and I couldn't be happier with the service the amount of times IV messaged other businesses and not even had an answer let alone solved the issue honestly can't wait to try it and excellent customer service and engagement

Fantastic flavours and beautiful packaging, perfect gift for a friend from a wonderful small business. Customer service were very helpful advising me the best time to order to get it ontime for my friend

Really loved this fudge, delivery didnt take as long as I thought it might after reading the reviews, and every block tastes amazing, will definitely order again

Delicious fudge in a huge choice of interesting flavours, delivered in great packaging. The blocks were much bigger than I'd expected. My only concern was I thought my order had been sent when it hadn't. My query about its non-arrival was answered straight away.
I will definitely buy from them again.

First time I bought one line. Came the next. Day amazing
Your fudge made my mouth water.

Fantastic. 10/10

Received my order today of 6 blocks. Was a bit disappointed as one of the blocks wasn't what I ordered and didn't tast nice. It would be good to be emailed and ask what alternative would be preferred rather than you just picking one out. This is the second time I have ordered from this company and the first time I was a block missing. I was told it's being delivered separately, but never arrived so after calling I did receive a refund on that block. I think this will be my last time in ordering as both times was disappointing.

I received the wrong box of fudge and following email contact a correct box is on its way. Excellent customer service.

We ordered 3 flavours and they were all incredible! Each had its own unique flavour and texture and the family loved all of them.

After reading some of the previous reviews I was concerned by the delivery times, but it was actually super speedy which was great.

For some reason we absolutely love your fudge
Because as we weren’t into fudge before we are now w

My son recommended The Fudge Company so I decided to subscribe. Contacted customer service after it hadn't been dispatched. They explained the all monthly orders go out at the start of the month. But as this was not clearly stated on subscription form they sent me out 3 flavours as an apology. Absolutely fantastic fudge and customer service

I came for the fudge. I stayed for the sweet customer service.

Royal Mail took my fudge on what I can only assume was a gap year, but Mariah-Louise was abso-fudge-lutely brilliant throughout. She kept me updated, replied super quickly and got everything sorted with zero hassle.

She didn’t fudge around she was kind, friendly, and genuinely cared about making things right. Honestly, customer service this good is rarer than me making a box of fudge last more than a day.

The fudge was un-fudge-gettable (mostly because I ate it before anyone else could), and the whole experience left a very tasty impression.

You’d be fudging mad to go anywhere else for fudge!

Prompt delivery, well packaged & great tasting fudge!
Very good range of flavours to choose from, & a very easy website to order from.
Very happy & will be ordering more soon.

I love the choice of flavours. I particularly love the soft fudge, everyone in the house enjoys slices from the large blocks we get delivered.
Fortunately they deliver through Royal Mail so we don’t have any issues that way.
They appear to be a relatively small company but know me well and are friendly and helpful

Been ordering this fudge for years now, they make the perfect gift when youve ran out of ideas for friends and family, comes in a lovely gift box wrapped beautifully.

I found this company at a food festival & I now buy online - gorgeous fudge and a huge range of flavours. My favourite is the billionaires!

Absolutely love this fudge, tried so many flavours, Clotted cream being my favourite

These are excellent and very tasty too. Price is good and delivery was quick too. Also excellent customer service.

This is the second order I have had from The Finest Fudge Co. The fudge is fresh and the bars are massive. If you order via Tiktok you can pick up some amazing deals. I emailed the company today after receiving my order with a question about one of the favours of fudge and they replied to me straight away. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be placing more orders

Ive ordered before and it was beautiful I ordered again although it took a long to come i did not mind but the post man left it on my front step in 31 degree heat even tho I was in the house and the fudge was destroyed when I messaged the company to ask about it still being safe to eat after trying it I decided it was not very nice to eat and had to bin the lot but the company sent me a new box out and its perfect and gorgeous thank you so much
