The experience l have had with the intitute has been amazing. I was blessed enough to encounter great tutors who has been nothing but helpful. I highly recommend the Fashion Design Institute. You get more than you pay for.

The modules felt overwhelming at the beginning, but once you start and follow the instructions it very easy to understand. So far I’m very impressed with the knowledge I’ve gained, I’m glad I’ve enrolled.

It's an amazing way of learning when you're working, it's given me time to push my Fashion passion and l'm grateful for this lnstitute, nothing complicated, everything is organized,from lectures,modules and even the student app is user friendly.l absolutely recommend it to anyone who's too busy ,here you'll study at your own pace ,time and anywhere.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience studying the Fashion Design course so far. I’ve learnt so much and feel much more confident in my sewing and design skills.

I’ve also appreciated being able to work through the course at my own pace, which has allowed me to balance my studies with my other commitments.

Overall, it’s been an enjoyable and rewarding experience, and I’m excited to finish up and put my new skills into practice!

As an online learning environment for a creative industry The Fashion Design Institute sets the bar. The online content and video tutorials are great, the assessments enable creativity and curiosity while relevant to the core learnings and the tutors and support staff are readily available, helpful and understanding. Highly recommend for anyone in the industry, wanting to be or simply a lover of the art of fashion!

This course has been incredibly informative and interesting. The instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend taking this course to anyone interested in learning about fashion design!

I like that they don’t just give you the modules to learn by yourself there are videos in each module to help you understand what you are learning.

It is nice that you can message the lecturers and ask questions, when you don’t understand and when you get your marks back the lecturer in detail tells you why you got that mark, what you missed and what you did well in.

So far my course is going well and I’m living the experience and that I can go at my own pace, no deadlines so no stress.

I can go at my own pace and I usually receive positive grades and valuable constructive feedback.
I also liked the affordable payments by breaking them up monthly.

The manuals are very informative and I have learnt a great deal about the fashion industry. The assignments were easy to do and it was something that I enjoyed doing.

This is a great course for anyone wanting to become a fashion designer and learn more about the industry. I love the way the modules are set out and I really look forward to the challenge of each new assignment. The flexible, self-paced learning structure really works for me. I have a great tutor Katharine Giles and lots of support.

I love the course and the detail that it goes in and explains the fashion and where fashions was created and where it is going. I also think the assignments are so fun an innovative.

The assessor Kathelene is very prompt with the responses if you need help or guidance,the student support is quick with responses .

What made my experience interesting was the availability of the tutor, and the very well explained course notes and videos.
This institute allows even very occupied workers to study at their pace and the tutor feedback is always very helpful.
There are so many aspects of fashion design that are taught, which makes it is very interesting.

Had problems with a module which was quickly resolved so could focus on next one. Very fast and organised team.

I'm really enjoying it so far; it's been great. The layout is easy to navigate and access. The courses are interesting and fun without being too overwhelming. The feedback is wonderful and very detailed, which I very much love. All the material is engaging and educational. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who loves fashion.

I love several factors of the operation of the school.

1. Easy access to lectures, materials
2. Layout of each module is succinct and easy to follow
3. Access to personal tutor has always been easy and responses very promptly.
4. The ability to set my own pace has been useful

Terrific online opportunity to learn or refresh fundamentals of creating fashion eg, design elements and principles; fabric characteristics and choices. Design of assignments helpful to consolidate skills however I would recommend to the module writers to clarify assignment instructions as they are vague and I have found discouraging feedback can be unhelpful. On the whole - good refresher.
