Still waiting for a response. I’ve sent multiple messages and emails. I can’t cancel my subscription and they keep taking money!! Absolutely scammers

I’ve contacted this company for a refund several times and to cancel an annual membership that I did not know was annual after they had already taken payment

I continued to get automated emails directing me to the website which then directed me to email

Customer service is woefully lacking. It’s unfortunate that I’ve lost money but even more unfortunate that I cannot recommend this small business

During the one year I did have membership I never used it as the prices were not particularly low as advertised

All in all I recommend giving this business a miss

Tried to contact this company via email and Instagram to cancel my subscription, but they just ignore and carry on trying to take the payment out of your account!.

Absolutely terrible rubbish services offered not worth anything and then they auto renew you without letting you know and just take more money from you! It’s a con really.

I have been trying to contact for a month with no response other than automated replies.

I requested to cancel almost immediately due to not feeling the service was worth it. I’ve been charged every year since. My bank says the family travel club has to cancel the subscription but their customer service team do not respond. Complete fraud. I’ve had no “deals” emailed to me either so they have cancelled the service but still charging.

SCAM. No services received, no replies to any of my numerous emails, charged me without my permission. Utterly appalled.

Once again I’m reviewing as I had an issue and they told me to contact them via email with urgent in the email, and months later they still haven’t got back to me. I would avoid giving your money to this club at all costs.

Unfortunately I do now find myself writing the same review as everyone else has recently. I didn’t want to be in this position as I feel like potentially the downfall of the company has happens since losing there original account on Instagram that had so many followers. However I do want to add for the first year I only actually received about 5 emails. Now I get onto the subscription renewal which I never signed up for and just originally bought the one year. I’ve contacted them in every way shape and form and waited a month yet it’s fallen on deaf ears. For now I’d say stay away, there’s been no posts on social media or responses on here since July! I’ll now do a charge back with the bank and true my luck that way.

When I singed up last year there was no info to say it was a rolling subscription. They took money from me with no prior warning. There is no way to cancel on the website, it's not set up as a standing order with my bank that I can cancel either and they don't respond to emails asking to cancel or request a refund. *Do not sign up, appears to be a long term scam*

Contacted for refund after my subscription fee was taken without a reminder so that i could cancel, emails completely ignored.
The club also has no deals beneficial for single parent families so a waste of my money and yet another site that excludes us.

Stay away from subscribing with this company. I signed up for a year and had no intention of signing up again but they auto renewed my subscription. I emailed them the very same day to say I didn't want to renew and didn't realise my renewal was up. 9 emails later still no response from them. Absolutely disgraceful. Stay well clear

Complete scam. They took money out of my account without my consent this year and when I investigated they automatically put you into a subscription. Do not trust this website. Money making scam.

Do not sign up to this travel club company. Customer service is terrible with no replies back. Signed up last year to avail of some holiday deals but very disappointed with their offers.
Received an email last week to say they had automatically renewed my subscription even though I had received no correspondence to say this was due. Emailed multiple times to ask for refund and to cancel subscription but no reply back from them!

I signed up last year, received a handful of emails, no fantastic deals if I'm honest. Then the my utter disgust I seen money was taken from my account without any prior notice or even an email to ask if I wanted membership for another year. I have contacted this company several times through emails and social media but I still haven't received a response.
Nothing family friendly about these people. I would stay clear.

Emailed again, and again payment has been taken out, is this a scam or something, why is no one getting back to me to cancel! I'll have to take this further I know it's just 2.99 but it's the principal now!

I have emailed countless times to have this membership stopped, as there is simply no way to do it on the app! You have took another months subscription. I have then emailed again let it pass, and again you have tried to take the money. Do you not read your emails? Or do you just ignore the ones that ask to cancel the membership! Please can my membership and stop trying to take money and I want you to erase all data you have stored for me please!

These stopped and to be honest I forgot all about it, until I was charged another annual fee this year despite not signing up to another year. I have emailed the company 4 times to request a refund and ensure my account has now been cancelled and not had a reply. Avoid at all costs.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

I appear to be far from alone, as there seem to be a significant number of customers reporting issues relating to receiving emails stating that their accounts have been closed while charges continued to be taken.

Despite sending several follow-up emails and using the exact wording suggested in the company's own responses to previous feedback, including marking my communications as urgent, I have received absolutely no response or engagement whatsoever.

My advice to anyone experiencing similar issues would be to carefully check their payments and consider cancelling any standing orders or direct debits if they are concerned about ongoing charges.

I was also charged the annual fee this year despite not actively requesting renewal and, despite paying this fee, I have not received a single communication regarding the advertised holiday deals or benefits that formed part of the service offering.

Based on my experience, the level of customer service and communication has been extremely poor and I have been left feeling very dissatisfied and frustrated.

To be clear, I am fully aware that this is a subscription service. However, I had received email confirmation in 2025 stating that my subscription had been cancelled, yet I was still charged in 2026.

I previously sent this information to you, including copies of the cancellation confirmation, but did not receive any acknowledgement or response.

As an aside, despite being charged this year's subscription fee (one I neither wanted nor expected), I did not receive any promotional emails, holiday offers or communications associated with a paid membership.

No further action is required from you at this stage, as my bank has now blocked any future payments from being taken.

My review is primarily intended to make others aware of the issues I experienced and to encourage them to monitor and, if necessary, cancel any recurring payment arrangements themselves.

Finally, it is disappointing that I received a response from you within an hour on a public-facing platform, yet I did not receive the courtesy of a reply to my emails & follow ups on Apltil and May. I think that was a reasonable time for any response or acknowledgement.

I signed up last year for the subscription hoping for the deals they claim to offer but never got any and the account i signed into didn’t let me access the offers. After having payment come out in May this year, i have cancelled my subscription but haven’t received confirmation and no response from customer services to confirm this. I’m trying to log into my account and i’m now being asked to register… why when I’m already a ‘member’…. this to me feels like a scam company

Money paid for no service, no replies back, no support, no morals. This couple is scamming people in a day light. It's awful management if any. So disappointing seeing people robbing others, shame on you and you claim to ba a family with kids. Discrease!!!
