Fabulous Service
Fabulous service received from The Family Tent Shop. I left an enquiry message and got an immediate reply to my questions which enabled me to make the correct decision on the tent we required. I placed an order a couple of days later and received by tent and accessories the following day having had a telephone call thanking me for my order and advising it was being dispatched. Such efficient service. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them in the future.

Amazing, Friendly Service
What amazing service from the Family Tent Company. I was able to leave an out of hours message to which I got an immediate response to my questions. I placed my order on Thursday morning and before lunch had a telephone call from a member of staff to say my tent was on its way. I received it before midday on Friday....now that’s service!!!
I can highly recommend them on their friendly and attention to detail. It was a pleasure doing business, thank you.

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service, very friendly and the help we received trying to get our awning was amazing. I will always use this shop to buy my camping gear rather than the big stores !

Really good service. Tent and accessories arrived within 2 days in well packaged boxes. Very good customer service during ordering process - hiccup was our fault but they sorted out the problem. Good price. Would definitely recommend.
