The accommodation was excellent especially for my family which included a wheelchair user Modern and a spotless clean property with great views All our needs were met which aided to a stress free prefect holiday Elaine was the prefect host and responded immediately to any questions raised Peaceful location but with easy access to all the great attractions in the area

So many great things to say about our stay and our wonderful host Elaine! The house is stunning 🤩 very modern and tech savvy. My kids loved the space and seeing the Sheep and ducks on a regular basis. Spacious rooms. Very clean, you feel like your the only one that’s stayed in the Bungalow. Lovely views of the river. Pictures don’t do it justice. Elaine was super sweet always responsive and helpful to meet all our needs and requests! We are already looking forward to our next stay at the Estuary! 🥰

Can’t say enough great things about Bramble cottage. Was there to take a lady I look after on holiday and she had the most amazing time thanks to being able to stay somewhere like this. So much room for everyone including a wheelchair user. Beautiful scenery and in such a lovely and peaceful area. Nothing was too much trouble for Elaine. Will definitely be returning!!

We stayed here for Mother's Day and a much needed short break. The pictures are great but still don't do this justice, as it's not a chalet as you'd come to associate with the term. It was modern and very spacious, which was ideal for my Mum having restricted mobility, and all you needed to be a home from home. TVs and Alexas in each room was a nice touch, as was arriving to some milk after a long journey and you just want a cup of tea. Elaine was knowledgeable about the area and responsive to queries to help make the stay all run smoothly. Highly recommended, we shall return.

Just returned from the brambles , accommodation and everything in it 10/10 ,location and scenery is second to none ,honestly don't bypass this "chalet" more like a luxury dream home you don't want to leave

We’ve just got back today after amazing week, the place was beautiful and the views were out of the world, everything that was discussed on the phone was put in place to use straight away. Thank you hopefully we will be back in September 😊

The property is spacious and clean, with all the amenities you could want. It has been well planned out and can be adapted to cater for many different needs.

Elaine was so helpful throughout the entire booking process and leading up to our stay. She took the time to phone me and talk through all our specific requirements, so that we felt comfortable and at ease.

Came to celebrate my husband’s special birthday & had an amazing stay. Elaine and Tony arranged for balloons and bubbly which added a special touch, making it feel like a celebration. Luxury chocolates were another welcome touch. Elaine genuinely wanted everything to be perfect for us and, she most definitely achieved that; in fact we extended our stay! The chalet is of a high standard and was perfectly clean. It is so spacious with everything we could possibly need. Underfloor heating was also a lovely treat. The chalet is in a beautiful and quiet location with amazing views of the countryside and wildlife. We did lots of walking and enjoyed returning to such comfort and tranquility. We have definitely recharged and can’t wait to return. Thank you Elaine and Tony!

We had the best new year break. Everything we could ask for for a family with 3 young kids and a family member with mobility needs. Such a lovely place to say! Elaine was very helpful and gave us lots of ideas of what to do it the area. We can’t wait to visit again next new year! Thank you x

I can highly recommend these lovely, modern, luxurious, wheelchair friendly chalets. They are spacious even with 5 people, 1 a wheelchair user and a dog! They have great facilities for anyone in a wheelchair with great facilities for everyone else. Underfloor heating made our new year break lovely and cosy and we can’t wait to return in the summer to sit on the huge balcony enjoying the riverside views.

This is a real gem of a place, even better than described. It is really well equipped, warm, comfortable, spacious and has a lovely view. It was a super place for us to enjoy our family Christmas.

We cannot praise this accommodation highly enough! This is our 3rd booking this year as you are not only so perfectly equipped for our son’s needs but also the chalets have the ‘ touch of luxury’ so often lacking in accessible accommodation. For the first time ever our comment is “ it’s just like looking after him at home” because we have everything we need here! Thanks also for the Xmas tree and treats - they are much appreciated. We are having a lovely Christmas thanks to Tony and Elaine!

Booked the accommodation to facilitate house repairs for disabled adults.
Plenty of Information provided about accomodation and what was available, which included other adaptations in needed.
Provided with a extensive list of how to guides and video to show how how anything or everything worked in the lodge.
The lounge it's self was amazing.
Warm and cosy.
Everything needed for stay in relation to kitchen.
Rooms where spacious, with great wardrobe and dresser with added lamps, lights and chairs.
The alexa in rooms made it easy to control blinds.
The view was amazing and very location very quiet and relaxing.
Had lots of Information regarding things to do. Including taxi company, take aways and pubs.
The host allowed early check in and later checkout which helped alot with delivery of items needed for the stay.
Would definitely recommend this accommodation and give 10 stars if it was possible.

The accommodation and hosts were AMAZING. Elaine & Tony went out of their way to make us welcome and were willing to help in any way to make our stay comfortable and safe for disabled visitors. The chalet construction and design are outstanding, giving ample space for a wheelchair to move around. The setting on the riverbank gave us lots of pleasurable hours birdwatching. Can thoroughly reccommend a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic stay in Blackberry Lodge over the half term week. Fantastic location, amazing views and very peaceful, definitely felt a relaxing break.!

We stayed in Bramble for four nights at the end of October and had a wonderful time. It's a rare thing to find accommodation as well considered and presented as the Estuary Riverside Chalets, and was perfect for hosting our daughter's first birthday party. As we travelled with my elderly father he benefited from all the modern accessibility features of the property, and at the same time it was a wonderfully modern, clean and safe environment for my daughter. The living space was perfect for us, plus all of the guests we invited over on her big day.

Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, they answered all of our questions and made sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It's in a fantastic location with incredible views over the estuary itself, enjoyable all year round.

We had an excellent stay and is top quality. My Daughter is in a wheelchair and the facilities are fab and meets all the needs. The Estuary was so comfy. The owners are lovley people and nothing to much trouble. Price value is excellent. We look forward to a return visit. Location is central for attractions.

An amazing property in a great location. We visited with 2 wheelchair users and the chalet was perfect in every way. The fact that a portable hoist and shower chair was provided for free saves hire costs and not having to transport these from home. Lots of space and a huge decking area. Even the double bedroom was massive with one of the biggest most comfortable beds ever. We have already recommended to friends. Jim H

From the second we arrived we felt like movie stars, the accommodation was state of the art and in the most perfect location. It had ample parking. Our needs were not only met but completely exceeded. The chalet was very spacious which made life so much easier with the wheelchair and mobile hoist. It was great that my son could be hoisted onto the L shaped sofa or the electric reclining chair instead of being stuck in his wheelchair. Every facility you could wish for was provided from the kitchen, through to the bathrooms and bedrooms. I shall definitely be returning. It is the best accommodation I've stayed in to date.
