Happy customer

Very quick service and I’m happy with the parts. I have been struggling with a leak at one of the gasket points but I don’t think that’s the fault if the gasket at this point.
Shipping to NY was quick! Well done!

Poor customer service

I believe that the company sold me an espresso filter that was different than presented on their website. I sent them an e-mail regarding this, but the company has not bothered to reply. So I will not be doing any more shopping from The Espresso Shop.

Fast response

Fast response. Probably impossible to bring shipping costs down ($18 for a $6 fuse) but I’d give you that 5th star if you figured out how.

Always find this company helpful

I have used this company before and always liked their service. This time I got the spares sent to France and again they were quick and reliable. The price included taxes so there were no nasty surprises when the post arrived, unlike other companies that I have used. They were also very helpful when I phoned for help.
