The Electric Blind Company Arvostelua

This is the 3rd visit to our home to fit a blind. They are an exceptional company to deal with, from first contact to last. Very courteous and caring. Their customer service is a great example of how a company should perform. The fitter, Jack, goes above and beyond when finishing the job. You would not know, apart from having a beautiful blind fitted, that he had been in the house. Would have them back if I had any other windows to do.

Can’t speak highly enough of the Electric Blind Company. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with both times we’ve have used them - prompt and professional. Jack the fitter was very knowledgeable and meticulous in getting the fitting just right, and navigating our unusual window spaces. The blinds are good quality and look great. Would definitely use again if we need more electric blinds.

I contacted The Electric Blind company after seeing the work they had done for a friend. I would happily recommend this company. Fast, friendly and did a great job.

We are so pleased with the Blind that Jack installed, looks fantastic, nice clean design, also a super nice guy. The team at The Electric Blind company really on the ball. Great to deal with a company that provides a great service.

Our second phase of blinds (to fully complete all of the windows at our remodelled home) were recently installed by the excellent polite, tidy and extremely conscientious fitter to the highest of standards.
Ahead of this the office team (with the fitters help I have to say) were able to find solutions for some very large "oversized" applications avoiding multiple blinds in two feature windows which others had failed to be able to offer with superb results!
So with many thanks to the team, we would have no hesitation in making future recommendations.

We’ve been very impressed with the efficiency, service and quality of all the team. This is our 3rd time using Electric Blind Company and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them. Thanks again for all your hard work .

We have just had a blind for our bifold doors installed. I have been very impressed, the product is of very high quality and fits perfectly.

The experience from showing interest via an online form, to installation was fantastic. They were very clear and upfront with prices and the products before they measured up.

When they came to measure / design they were not pushy or have salespeople trying to upsell things. Although gave us great advice regarding materials.

The Install was super quick, the installer tidy and super friendly.

Honestly couldn’t ask for more.

We bought a large concealed blind from this company and loved the quality of the product and found the company extremely professional and well organised...surprisingly so for a relatively small company. Everything went o plan and Jack did a great job in installing it for us.

Great service all round from inital consultation right through to the final fitting. Fantastic product and would highly recommend!

Excellent choice and fantastic service.

The 2 electric blinds purchased are perfect.

Thank you so much

Great product and service! worth the price!

A delight to work with from initial phone contact to our blinds being fitted. The office staff were friendly, efficient and informative and Jack came out, did the survey and returned to fit our two blinds. He was careful, did a great job and explained everything clearly. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We were recommended to the Electric Blind Co. by friends, who themselves were extremely happy with both the product and the efficient service from this company. We now have our own blind installed and can only echo that review. A great company to deal with, friendly efficient and a perfect product.

Fantastic team, super friendly and helpful, and Jack who did the install was an absolute pro. Thanks a lot guys!

Very professional and polite team who explained the options and recommended exactly the right blinds for our needs. Very efficiently installed with minimal fuss. Thank you we love our new blinds.

Second time we have used the Electric Blind Company & great service both times.Knowledgable, friendly staff
great products.very pleased.

Really love my new blinds! I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Everybody I dealt with was fabulous. From my initial contact with Dawn and Gemma in the office to Chris the surveyor and finally to Jack who fitted the blinds. They were all really friendly, efficient and effective. Everything went seamlessly.
I will definitely be passing on their details to everyone I know. 5 stars all the way!

Did a great job and always communicated next steps. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service and a very high quality product. Staff were super efficient and helpful. Definitely recommend and will considering more blinds!!

This is an excellent company - we are delighted with our project’s outcome. Fantastic customer service throughout, fuss-free installation and an elegant end result across a variety of different windows and doors.

From initial quote through to survey and installation, all members of the team who we spoke to were courteous and efficient. Throughout the project, there was a genuine sense of care from the whole team and a palpable desire to do a good job - I have no doubt that you will feel this too.

We ordered a range of blinds for a number of openings including a bay window, two garden-facing crittal doors and a skylight. Their range of colours and types of blind (blackout or translucent) is excellent (if perhaps offering too much choice!) and all our blinds look fantastic.

We had Jack working on our installs - he is extremely professional, clearly cares about the finished product and provides a great service. A seriously pleasant guy who you can trust in your home. We also had another team come to install the skylight who I cannot fault.

In our communication with the company, Dawn, Gemma and Chris were extremely efficient, clear and a pleasure to liaise with throughout.

Jack, Dawn, Gemma and Chris - thank you. You come with our strongest recommendation and we will be sure to point anyone we know who is looking for electric blinds in your direction.
