Highly recommend Doug, lost over 10kg in 12 weeks with Doug’s bespoke fitness and nutrition plan. This combined with weekly check ins on progress and Doug’s dedicated YouTube channel updated regularly with new videos and inspiration Doug has pulled from over past the few years. Programme really worked for me, gave me both structure and a level of flexibility I’ve not had before with other routines. If you want to get in shape and feel better about yourself, Doug is your man!

Cannot recommend Doug highly enough. I've never been fitness minded and always struggled to stick to a routine (especially with having wildly variable working patterns). Doug took the time to understand the challenges in my past inexperience and lack of routine, and took me through every step thoroughly in a way that it could work for me. I was so happy I extended to another 3 month plan straight away.

Doug is honest and straightforward, he told me exactly what I needed to do and set out the way forward for me. He took the time to find out who I was and what my goals were and used that to motivate me. It’s not a one size fits all jobby, Doug created a bespoke plan for me and every week motivates me in exactly the way I need. When questions do pop up he’s always there to answer them or point me in the right direction. The online resources he creates are also invaluable. Can’t recommend his services enough!
