The brush is very easy to maneuver over my doodle puppy. The comb finishes him extremely well! He ran through some burrs and the products helped me remove them fairly easily!!

This brush is magical
This brush is magical. I have used it on both of my doodles and they never have matting anymore, even after rolling around in the dirt and bushes. Their fur is so soft after I brush them, and it doesn't hurt them! They just lay there and enjoy their brushing every time. Both of them actually get excited when they see the brush come out. I bought this for my mom who has three doodles and we both swear it's lifechanging!!!

The brush is excellent
The brush is excellent, my only feedback would be to inform customers that if delivery is outside the UK tax may be payable on delivery. The tax I paid to receive the package was €30. I may have missed this info on the website!!

Very poor customer service
The Brush is fine but very over priced for a dog brush,the customer service is very bad. Who ever they have replying to there emails at custom service was definitely away on the day they trained how to politely reply to customers. I have looked for the snotty email but it has been removed so very convenient!! I never supplied the wrong address and the card is not registered to the wrong address either.?? I have since read your reviews and have noticed I'm not the first customer you have dispatched to the wrong address . So you clearly have some issues with your system. I would never recommend this company to my friends or family.

My dog hates it.
I can brush my dog with a few different brushes but he hates this one. On the first use the teeth of the brush bent even though I did it lightly as it says. It's not a cheap dog brush compared to others and the results are not that much better than other brushes.

The Doodle Brush has rounded, polished pins which are gentle on the skin, but we only recommend it for dogs with thick or long coats. The pins of the brush are intentionally bent at an angle - it is designed and manufactured that way as it is most effective for detangling the coat. Our brushes are thoroughly tested and the pins typically hold their shape well for years of brushing. If you believe there is a quality issue with your brush, please contact our customer service team.
Terrible delivery-time and high customs-fee
It took more than a month to get it, and on top of an already high price - customs came on top of it once it finally arrived. I mean, it’s a great brush, but for what I paid for it, it should have been gold-rimmed

We dispatch using a fast delivery service, but customs in different countries can sometimes hold packages for a long time before releasing them.
Great brush for long and unruly coats
I found this brush to be a great addition to our grooming routine. My dog has long fur and a whole lot of it and this brush was able to help with alll of his shedding. The long bristles really get down in to his coat without snagging at all. He was on his side straight lounging by the end of me brushing him cause he found it so relaxing. Shipping was also very fast. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has a dog with a long and unruly coat.

Really wanted one of these brushes as recommended by my groomer. We have a cockapoo and unfortunately the bristles are very sharp and our puppy runs off when l try to use it, she is not happy with it at all. Really disappointed ☹️, sorry

Hello Mr Thacker, I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty grooming your puppy. Our Doodle Brush has rounded, polished pins which are designed to be gentle on the skin. However, we recommend it is used for dogs which are over 4 months old. Prior to that, it is helpful to familiarise your puppy with grooming by using a smaller slicker brush with shorter (also polished and rounded) pins for a short period of just a few minutes every day. You can also use treats so that your puppy makes a positive association with grooming. This way, your puppy learns that grooming is part of their routine and nothing to be scared about. I hope this helps, and that The Doodle Brush will enhance your grooming experience once your puppy is older and more familiarised with the grooming process.

First was lost in uk post but was send a second one. It took 2 months before it finally arrives and the then we needed to pay €23,58 for custums clearance since we’re in Spain, which we didn’t knew before
Came out very expensive brush might had to do with Brexit

Absolute game changer…
I was concerned about the price of this and after trying many cheaper slickers that haven’t done the trick, I thought I may as well go for it. Just used for the first time and got matts out that usually I would cut and wouldn’t even attempt, managed to do his whole back half + ears in 10 mins without him biting the brush once. This is a huge achievement for us as he hates being brushed and I think our other brushes catch his skin and pull at knots. I don’t often write reviews but this brush is a game changer. I’m looking forward to doing his front half tomorrow and may eventually be able to do his whole body in one sitting!!
