Great brush and comb. My dog isn’t a fan of being groomed but he tolerates this brush so much better than others I’ve tried.
Price wise it’s well worth the money, I’ve tried much more expensive brushes that haven’t been so good.

I raise Labradoodles and all my dogs/puppies like this brush. It does a really good job on their coats. I recommend this brush to all my puppy clients.

Long pinned slicker brush
Bought this long pinned slicker brush for our Cockerpoo - excellent product, used it as soon as it arrived. Thoroughly brushed out the tangles and removed the dead fur but, seemed to cause less distress so, less discomfort - winner! Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

These products are great
These products are great. We have been trying to find the best brushes for our Poochon puppies since we got them 5 months ago. The brushes we were using just didn't do the trick. We just got the brushes and have used them every day and we have no more tangles or mats. The puppies will now let us brush them without a fight. Thank you for such a wonderful product.

I have been looking for a couple of years for a good brush for my Australian Labradoodle dog he has a thick curly coat that gets very matted he hates being brushed until now I bought the doodle slicker brush and comb it’s the best brush I have ever bought only wish I had found it sooner highly recommend.

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We were a little surprised by the review as our records show order #4067 was placed with us on 2nd September 2025 for a Single Head Flexible Slicker and Finishing Comb, and was shipped successfully.
We emailed you directly last week to understand what had happened — whether the parcel hadn't arrived, was perhaps a gift, or if there had been some confusion with another brand — but haven't heard back yet.

Hi Joy, thanks for the feedback and we're sorry you aren't getting on so great with your brush. The pins on all of our brushes are rounded, polished and skin-safe by design — so what you're describing shouldn't be how it feels in normal use.
A couple of things can make any slicker feel uncomfortable to a dog: pressing harder than needed (ours are is designed to glide, minimal pressure needed) or using it on a short or flat-coated dog rather than the long, thick, wavy and curly coats it's built for.
The other thing we often see with Doodles — and it's worth flagging because it's so common — is that dogs who've had uncomfortable grooming experiences in the past (usually with cheaper brushes with sharp, unfinished pins, or with matted coats being worked through too aggressively) can come to anticipate pain the moment any brush appears, and react as if it's hurting even when it isn't. It can take a little time and some positive association (short sessions, treats, stopping before they get fed up) for them to relearn that brushing isn't something to brace against and it can actually be quite enjoyable. That's true of any tool, not just ours.
That said, if there's something genuinely off with your unit, we want to know. Please email us at hello@thedoodlebrush.com with your order number and a quick note on your dog's coat and previous grooming history — we'll either help you work through it or get a replacement out, whichever is needed.

Amazing brush!
Amazing brush, goes deep down into the cockapoo coat. It separates the coat with minimal pressure and am finding it very easy to keep on top of grooming. Delivery was fast and fuss free too. Would definitely recommend the Doodle Brush!!

Works wonderfully on poodle!
The brushes work wonderfully on my Moyen poodle. She hasn't attempted to bite them like she's done on her last two brushes. She looks like she's had a grooming after I finish brushing her. Very well designed!

Although my picky poodles still don’t…
Although my picky poodles still don’t love being brushed, they tolerate these brushes better than any others I have tried. And they do a good job of getting through their thick easy-to-mat fur.
