Love the surprise element of opening the box. The cocktail syrup was missing but promptly sent out for delivery following my email.
Lost 1 star for the HUGE packaging the little bottle was sent out in.

I’d much rather be able to cancel my membership online.

Gin was great, I didn’t want it. I don’t like being asked why, just let me press a button.

Anna was very helpful and got it cancelled for me, but I would have preferred to just press a button. I know I can restart it whenever I want, I know I’ll be missing out on 1.30 cashback club or whatever it was, I don’t care!

But thanks Anna you were helpful and did what you had to!

I spoke to Bianca over the phone. I explained that I got a box on a deal and now wanted to cancel my subscription. He completely understood and helped with my enquiry which is really appreciated.
I have had experiences before where customer service staff offer me deal after deal when it is very clear I do not want that (I was never going to accept one) so it was refreshing to have my enquiry promptly understood and dealt with.

Anna was great. Gin club was great, cancelling as only because of getting healthier but going to use on as hoc basis. Brilliant Gins and with help like “ Anna’s” can’t recommend enough. I hope they keep going and in the future may well go back to another few months of deliveries. Well done keep up the good work.

Sadly, for the first time one of the packets of snacks was split/torn open upon delivery, the contents scattered around the box. Hence only a 4 star review this time.

Giving the five stars for DES JONES alone. Awesome dude, so friendly, helped me cancel with ease. Side bar: not his fault that the cancellation process is so evil that I need to place a call in order to cancel it like this is the 90’s.

Everything in the box was top class except the woeful garnish pack. Had to check the label to identify them as grapefruit slices and did not use as cut the wrong way and had large holes all over. Very poor.

Whist a member everything is great - can pause deliveries on line - Gin and the snacks are all good. I have been a member for a few years and want to cancel - too much Gin!. Cancelling a different matter cant do on-line, nor via email. BUT also no-one answers the phone when you call, nor did they call back when I used the call back service - ridiculous to make this so hard. Still trying....

This is a great service that I have used for many years but I have so much gin it's time to cancel. And here is where the problem lies.. The cancelation process is not straightforward. It seems the whole process is set up to keep you locked into a membership. This is, in my opinion, really bad customer service. Just add a cancellation button to the website instead of making customers make a phone call. When I do finally cancel, I will not renew for this reason.

I am still trying to send back the order you sent, even though you had given me an email showing that the order had been cancelled. A total nightmare

I receive the gin miniatures box every three months and it is always a delight with the correct mixers and treats. Also the excellent magazine with even more recipes. Well done

I love Craft Gin Club. I’ve had a package go missing when EVRI left it on my doorstep, and it was stolen.
I had another on arrived opened with some of the goods taken out.
But on both occasions, craft replaced them promptly. Customer service is second to none

A lovely gin this month, alongside all of the mixers and treats! I love my gin club delivery every other month and really look forward to seeing what’s inside. The magazine is a great read too… thankyou!

As always it’s a delight when I receive my Gin Box delivery. Not only a new gin for me but all the lovely extras. I use many of the bottles when they are empty and put little solar fairy light inside which look lovely on my window ledges at night. Looking forward to my next box!

I’ve loved being a gin club member for a good few years now (at least 5) and have investments in 2 bonds so have taken my interest in gin boxes since I took bonds out. Have noticed the boxes containing less stuff the last few months and been later getting delivered so alarm bells ring. This month box was meant to be rum for my partner but I got gin as normal despite e mail telling me about it being rum and the contents. So a bit disappointed with this month. There is now a chance of the club going into liquidation and i sincerely hope not as stand to lose a lot of my savings. The offer to save the club is relying on bond holders giving up the investment in return for worthless shares and stop interest payments. Please get yourselves back on track. I would be happy to receive just gin even at reduced frequency without the extra tat in boxes if it helps the firm to keep on going. The gins are all lovely as are the rums if you buy you get something not available in supermarkets so it makes a lovely gift.

Notifications on payment collection and delivery information is very good. Lovely ,well packaged boxes are received with a very informative magazine. In this house we receive a gin and rum box which gives hubby and I lots of enjoyable drinks options. Having the options to defer monthly subscriptions is an excellent way to manage "stock" control
