The Crock Ltd Arvostelua

Quick service. Well packed and a lovely personal note of thanks (and Haribo). What’s not to like?

I am really pleased with the mug which is out of stock in most stockists. It was dispatched quickly and was very well packaged so arrived in perfect condition. E mail communication from Crock was good and I really appreciated the thank you note and the sweeties!

Great team, really helpful.

The ordered item arrived very quickly after I ordered it and was well-packaged to avoid breakage.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. I left something off my online order by mistake late on a Friday night, they called first thing Saturday to rectify it. The items arrived Monday, brilliantly packed with a hand written thank you. I’ll definitely be buying again as the items were lovely and the service 5 star.

What a great service and would like to visit the main shop

Ordered the Wrendale Coronation Mug. Lovely design exactly the same in real life as pictured on web page. Arrived super quickly in ‘bombproof’ packaging. Would have no hesitation in ordering from The Crock again

The response time was excellent, as was shipping time to Scotland

I like the feel of bone china and the unfussy classic design. The package arrived as scheduled and the items were well protected.

Excellent customer service with full updates on order

We always visit this shop when we are in the Cotswolds for long weekends. With its vast range of household products it is always a pleasure to have a look around when we stop off for lunch in Stow. This time we shopped on line for the first time has we wanted to purchase two new kitchen knives and have no plans to visit Stow in the next few months. When we contacted the Crock shop to enquire if they had the items in stock, they could not have been more helpful, found the requested items, explained how to use their website and even phoned to tell us it all went through ok.
