Contents of hampers are excellant.
I have prieviously ordered the hampers without any problems but this week there was a problem with the delivery which was disappointing. The hamper had been ordered as a birthday gift and it wasnt delivered till the following day. On the day which it was delivered there was confusing messages about wheh it was going to be delivered which caused anxiety and spoilt the surprise for the receipient.

Delivery company APC gave delivery times but then on numerous occasions failed to deliver when the Parcels did arrive they were warm as the ice packs were days old and the delivery was cold chain so had to be thrown away

This was ordered several weeks ago as an anniversary present for some very dear friends, and their anniversary was yesterday and delivery was selected for that date especially.
Not impressed to be advised there would be no delivery and eventually delivered today so friends had to wait in for delivery

Absolute shower of shit. Do not use this company if you are ordering a time-sensitive gift for a birthday or special occasion. They heavily market "free named-day delivery," but the moment they miss the date, they hide behind fine print stating it’s just a "preferred date" and not guaranteed. I ordered a hamper to arrive today for my friend's birthday. The courier tracking is now stating it won't arrive until September 8th—five days late!To make matters worse, trying to get a refund is an absolute nightmare. Their online AI chat helper is completely useless, promising it can help with a refund but doing nothing except repeating itself in an endless loop. On top of that, their website's contact form is completely broken and doesn't work at all. I have had to resort to hunting down an email address just to exercise my legal rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act to get my money back. Shocking customer service and a total failure. Avoid.

Excellent customer service; I have ordered previously without any issues, however on my most recent order, the Courier emailed me to advise they were unable to deliver my parcel, due to unforeseen circumstances and would deliver the following day - knowing the parcels are temp controlled but usually delivered with 24hrs, I was concerned that the contents of mine may not arrive in a safe, fresh state, so I contacted Cornish Hampers. They responded to my email very quickly and issued a replacement parcel free of charge, no quibble and it arrived the next day. This wasn't a fault of the company, but an issue with the Courier, so I was very pleased with the customer service I received. The pasties, scones etc are excellent quality and really tasty too! 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sent to my brother to cheer him up. Absolutely delighted with hamper. Full of praise for scones, jam and cream and loved the saffron cake and biscuits. So pleased with the Cornish tea he has now ordered some for himself!

The item arrived on time and was enjoyed by recipient but I have not received the free hamper that was part of the deal but I am liaising with the company at the moment so hopefully this will be resolved.

Having used the Cornish Hamper store for a number of years to give gifts to friends and family I've only ever receive glowing reports. One friend said "the best Pasties I've ever tasted... and I've had a few in my time!"
My sister sad the scones were as light and beautiful as butterfly wings. Can't say much better than that.
