I First came across Mail bakes last year .Since then I think I have sent quite a few to family & Friends each one has been amazing and bought huge smiles to there faces These cakes are amazing & First class along with delivery .Shall be ordering plenty plenty more and value for money cakes speak for themselves 110% perfection. Didn’t arrive on time due to the post office failing to deliver supposably did email after it hadn’t arrived a week later. No offer of refund magically it was delivered the same day. So it went in the bin as who wants cake that’s been in a post office sorting room for a week. I wouldn’t recommend

missing item from order, emailed multiple times and no response, poor customer service, wouldn't use again

No response whatsoever to multiple emails I’m afraid. I still don’t know at which address my order will arrive. So disappointing especially after a more than adequate timeframe was given.

The cake arrived on the date I requested. The box looks really cute, with the card I chose stuck to the front of the box. The cake arrived on Saturday and I was going to gift it the next Wednesday. It held out just fine and tasted great even after a few days in the fridge. I would definitely recommend this company.

It was a lovely surprise for my mum for Easter. She said it was absolutely delicious. Sponge was lovely and soft and fillings were very tasty

I will be honest, had a slight mis hap due to technology changing the location of my cake, one email later all amended and my mum loved her surprise and said it was so tasty 😋

I ordered a two-slice cake with a personalised Mother’s Day message, and overall I was really pleased with the experience. The delivery was right on time, which is always a big plus, especially for a special occasion like Mother’s Day.

The cake itself was a lovely combination of flavours. The vanilla & lemon slice was light, fresh, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with just the right citrus touch. “The Bruce” slice, on the other hand, was rich, indulgent, and a great contrast to the lighter option. Having the two different flavours worked really well and gave a nice variety.

The personalised message was clearly presented which added a thoughtful, special touch that made the gift feel more meaningful.
