We would highly recommend the conservatory roof guys. Ben came round the following day after we'd contacted him to come over to have a chat about the options for us with our glass roofed conservatory that was basically only used in the summer for drying clothes quickly. It was too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter. We had a look at extension options previously, but the cost was ridiculous and now that we've had the new warmer roof installed we are very pleased we went down this route instead. The week we had the roof installed was one of the hottest weeks in June and we could instantly feel the affect and we were delighted with being able to move our dining room table into this room and use this room all year round. It also means we'll be able to design a bigger kitchen now that the conservatory room has been turned into our dining room. Our lounge used to get very hot in summer, our conservatory doesn't have internal doors, we hadn't realised how much heating was due to the conservatory and now it's much more bearable - another positive! We are now in November, although we haven't had the really cold weather just yet we can tell when we've put the heating on low briefly the room is retaining the heat nicely and we don't need to put it on for long. With our old glass roof, if we wanted to spend time in the conservatory we would have needed to have had the heating on constantly and on high to keep the room warm. Having done a lot of research it was also really important that we used a company that would process the correct paperwork for the new roof system and yes we were given the building regulations certificate. We are very happy customers - thank you Ben, Andy and the rest of the team.

I phoned the conservatory guys for some advice after my elderly mother in law had paid thousands of pounds to another roofer who failed to install a roof fit for purpose. Ben did not hesitate to offer his support and within a day attended my mother in law's address to asses the installation and give advice. Since then he has taken the time to survey the roof and give a professional opinion as to the installation as to how and why it has failed and continues to leak. The support advice and report have been done with no charge or expectation of work etc. They are without doubt professional and knowledgeable, clearly experienced in their field. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company in the future. I can't thank them enough for the support and care they have shown to an elderly vulnerable widower. Excellent service, I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you.

Overwhelmed by kindness and compassion, when company who replaced my new roof failed to assist when fresh leak appeared in an area which had already been problematic. After being told by them it would cost £400 for original roof provider to send out one of their representatives or I could just find someone myself, I took matters into my own hands.

My husband had just been diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy and I was totally stressed. I looked up appropriate companies and found Conservatory Roof guys. After reading the reviews, late in the afternoon I rang and spoke to Ben. I explained my dilemma and he said that his company erected Conservatories but didn’t repair other than their own. However, he then went on to say that “they were very busy but he would find time to pop around and to send him pictures of the leak “. I thanked him profusely and duly sent the pictures.

Today Ben came as promised. I thought he was just going to have a look at the problem. He went above and beyond and actually sealed the problem leak and also noticed our gutters weren’t fitted properly. He then proceeded to fix that problem also.

At a time when things appear to be worrisome it is so uplifting to be the beneficiary of such kindnesses.

We’ve just had a new conservatory roof fitted by Ben and the team and we honestly couldn’t be happier!
From the very first time we met Ben we felt confident they would do a great job. It reassured us to be speaking to someone who actually does the job and we got a really good feel of what to expect. The installation was fantastic and water tight on day 1 and the team were so friendly, they made the whole process stress-free. Brilliant company to deal with. Turn up on time re quotes etc. did a fantastic job of replacing roof glazing and installing side walls on what was a very tired conservatory. We now have a fabulous useable lounge. More than happy to recommend Ben and Andy.

As a total sceptic I was very hesitant when Jules said she had found a company to replace our garden room roof. Others had tried to make it water tight and had failed! ( not any easy roof to work on).

I should have written this review much earlier, as the roof replacement was done back in January — but in a way, the months that have passed only reinforce how genuinely satisfied we are with the results.

This company is truly outstanding. They are incredibly experienced, responsible, and friendly. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team showed great professionalism and care. Even after the job was completed, they continued to provide excellent support — always patient, always helpful in answering any questions and resolving any concerns.
