Great customer service, unfortunate delivery issue
Coffee still hasn't arrived, ordered on the 11th. Tracking says the order was damaged and then disposed of, wasn't able to submit a support request form on the website, so can't get a new order, or a refund.
Edit 1: Edited to 2 stars after recieving communication from Coffeevine. A replacement has been sent, and I was asked to use the messenger app, however I don't have Facebook so unfortunately not possible
Edit 2: After having received communication from the Founder, a new order was sent out, as well as a phone communication to make sure I was happy. After the order arrived, again I was contacted in order to make sure I was happy with everything.
Great customer service, the issue I experienced was not with the company, but with the delivery system(s) in place.

Great selection of roasters and coffee beans. The coffee is delicious and the selection is diverse and has interesting mix of flavor profiles.
Delivery had some delay, but that was the postal service fault. Customer support was helpful and kind.

Quite possibly the best customer service I have experienced. Alex has the memory of an elephant and the patience of a saint. Highly recommended.

Without a doubt europes best coffee subscription service at the moment. Could not reccomend this subscription service enough!! You get to try a wide variety of amazing coffees from every corner of Europe every month. A perk of this is that if you are one of those who need to travel to different european cities either for business or pleasure, you will know which coffees and coffeeshops is worth visiting ;)
And definetly worth mentioning that dealing with Alex is an absolute pleasure! A true 5 star experience!

I enjoy most of the coffee very much…
I enjoy most of the coffee very much but the delivery takes a lot of time and the coffee was little old (1 month more or less).
Beside the long waiting time it was a very good experience.

Thank you for your review Or. It's our mission to offer the most affordable and economical delivery, especially to customers in further away places. Our website clearly states that we work with the postal network, which can take a bit longer than UPS or other express services. It's, therefore, to be expected that the delivery will not be with you the next day. At the same time, all of our bags are sealed airtight and most coffee roasters recommend a few weeks of resting the beans before enjoying their coffees. Therefore, it's a matter of personal view what 'old' means. In the future, if you prefer to get faster delivery, you could join our Israel collective instead. All the best.

If you wish to receive faster delivery in the future, you could consider joining our Israel collective. But we're happy to hear that you love the coffees. That's the most important thing.
Great service to use and experience
Great service that with many different roasters and options. I love hearing about the stories of the roasters and tasting many different coffees. The brew guide is easy to understand and it is nice to have some reference when you start with a new coffee. Emails and questions are usually answered pretty quickly and always friendly!

Amazing coffees as always
I really enjoy ordering from The Coffeevine as I can always trust I get the most amazing coffees from random roasters I never heard of before. This even helps me plan trips where I can find roasters I wouldn't have found otherwise and I'll know I'll get a good experience.
