Like clockwork
Like clockwork, fresh coffee is delivered to my house each month. The variety and quality is perfect! What I really love is the accompanying info booklet with each roasters bio and recipe for brewing the coffee. It sooo appeals to my coffee geek personality!

A matter of preference
The reason for the rating of this bean is that it did not have the flavor or aftertaste I liked. Ethiopian, Colombian, and African beans with a fruity or fruity taste would have been rated highly, but this coffee had a subtle taste. I should point out that it is not bad, but it is a matter of preference.

Thanks for your honest review. It is a bit surprising that you'd subscribe to a coffee subscription like ours and then complain about the flavour. We source a lot of different coffees each month and have to cater to hundreds of customers around the world. You've been a returning customer for several years now and if you didn't like our coffees before, you wouldn't be subscribing again every year. If it's a matter of preference, then maybe your best bet is to source the kinds of coffees you actually like from a different source instead of continuing to subscribe to a service where the coffees are chosen for you. Just seems like a strange choice, that's all. But thanks anyway!
Best coffee box in Europe
Excellent customer service and a great variety of roasters each month. I've been receiving a monthly box for almost 8 years and still enjoy discovering something new in each box.

Perfect for beginners and professionals!
My husband and I have been subscribers for almost a year now. We started when we just got our “fancy” coffee setup and wanted to get to know the tastes of the coffee world. Now that we are versed and a little more knowledgable, this is still a perfect subscription! We are such fans of this company and the subscription service. Great for beginners and all that comes after that!

Great experience, exciting coffees
I've been a Coffeevine customer for almost a year and enjoy each month's selection. It'd be impossible to get such easy access to European roasters that I would have never gotten my hands on manually. I think the price is fair. I appreciate the coffevine magazines too, to learn more about the featured roasters.

They did not honor the request on how to distribute the subscription coffees (i.e. which to include more of, which less), which I included in the order (as per their instruction).
Imo overpriced.

Indeed, we didn't send you the coffes you requested because your request was poorly spelled and unclear. However, as we already said in a private email conversation, if you had just sent us a quick note to alert us of this error, we would have made it up to you immediately by sending the missing bags out. Shame you didn't give us that opportunity and chose instead to post this negative review instead. We even offered a refund but some people clearly prefer to badmouth a small business instead. 🤷🏻♂️ We wish you well though.
