The womens elbow sleeve t shirt costs $80 and is an average quality cotton t shirt that can be found for 20- 40$ elsewhere. When I returned my 3 t shirts and allowed for a few weeks time to pass with no refund notification, I called the company to ask about my refund. The east Indian women who returned my call informed I would see an email notification with refund. The email I recieved notified I recieved a refund for only 1 tshirt even though all 3 returned were identical and in brand new condition. So here i stand, having to reach out to the company to recieve my rightful full refund and still not receiving the full amount as of 4/28/2026.

I truly hope this is not a scam company located outside of the United States.

I still need my full refund of over $ 200 USD for the 3 t shirts I returned.

I purchased some tee shirts in April of 2025 and they offered a “membership” to me to “save money”. I did save money however I did not realize that there was an automatic annual renewal . When I saw the charge come through I emailed them and asked for a refund. They told me they offer NO Refunds on membership. I think it really sucks when a company scams you out of money. I will NEVER buy another tee shirt from this shit company!

I know it’s only $12 bucks but when they do that to thousands of unsuspecting customers, they pull in a lot of money.

I bought my first tee in February. The fabric is really breathable and soft. I love that it’s lightweight but still keeps its shape nicely. Just ordered a second one in another color!

Okay t-shirts. Return turn-around time is quite long (over 10 days).
Hopefully company will upgrade to automated systems rather than manual.
Company is very responsive to emails.
For me it was too much of a struggle to consider future business which is a shame because I LOVE supporting small businesses.

The customer service at this company is absolutely exemplary! I am a very difficult fit and have had many issues when buying clothing regarding size, measurement, shrinkage, etc. I had several back-and-forth conversations with Olga Garibian and Lora. I desperately wanted to find high-quality basic staples for my wardrobe and they were so incredibly patient and helpful.

And their product is indeed extremely well-made from high-quality materials, and arrived packaged very carefully.

I was unsure of my size (despite these many conversations) and thus ordered more than one size. The return process was extremely smooth.

I cannot recommend this retailer highly enough. I haven't felt as though a company valued me as a customer this much in a very very long time, nor seen such a consistently quality product.
