I've recently ordered a couple of things. Everything arrives on time and is beautifully packaged. I ordered the wrong item by mistake and my order was immediately cancelled and a refund issued. Brilliant customer service.

Your order was placed on the 5th December despatched on the 6th December. I am afraid that delivery has been affected by the Royal Mail Postal strikes last week. I have, however, just checked the tracking and it shows that the parcel was delivered this morning.
I still have not received the children…

Dear Patchimutu, We use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels . Your order was ready for dispatch Tuesday 29th but as you are probably aware Royal Mail were on strike 30th and 1st Dec, so not collected until 2nd December . I have checked your tracking number and your parcel is now at the Brentford sorting office awaiting delivery , no doubt they have quite a backlog but hopefully should be with you by tomorrow.

Easy to order, good communication on delivery, delivery as fast as could be expected with the postal strike.
Good quality product.
