Frais de transport excessif déduis sur retour
Rien à redire sur les délais de livraison mais quand on souhaite un retour car chaussures trop petites, le site facture 9,95€ alors que la livraison a coûté à l'aller 7,75€ !! Ils pourraient prendre le retour à leur charge, qu'on ne soit pas autant pénalisé.
Bref, gestion des retours pas top du tout.

El 10 de julio entregué mi paquete en correos para la devolución el día 13 había llegado a su destino, a día 21 de julio no he recibido mi importe, del cual me han descontado 9.90€
No sé nada de la devolución ni hay manera de poder contactar. Facilidades para comprar muchas pero a la hora de la devolución un auténtico timo.
Está semana interpondré la denuncia correspondiente.

Le doy una estrella porque me obliga. Resulta que compro unas zapatillas por 36'65 y me vienen 3 números menos del que pedí. Le doy a devolver por la talla etc (además de haberlo encontrado en otro sitio más barato) y sólo me quieren devolver 19'75. Me parece vergonzoso

Bought a pair of Geox Steppieup Old Rose Baby Trainers UK 7.5 for my 18 month old daughter and fits very well on her feet, as she got wide feet, it is not easy to find a decent one in the market like this one. both tapes adjustment are great design, and shape of the tip is natural fit the little one's feet. Also, the sole is soft enough to bend on every steps, which is good for her feet. Will definitely buy again, thank you!
