The Charity Clothing Company Arvostelua 

The Charity Clothing Company turned our order in brilliantly quick time. They really put the effort into making sure everything is right. I think the real test came with the fact that when there was ahn issue with the delivery which was completely out of their hands (and compounded by the fact that we had left ordering a bit late). They worked really hard to get it sorted.
The quality of the shirts was top notch and the print quality was great. The only issue was that they came up a little small compared to the size guide. So it is worth ordering at least one size bigger if not two. But I would well recommend the shirts. brilliant quality , brilliant service, brilliant price.

This was the first time the charity I represent had purchased specific running shirts and were nervous about the cost. As a small charity this was a big investment - especially as they are new to this sort of idea! A great bunch of sample t shirts arrived before I had to make any decisions which was really useful. There was no stress about returning them (although I did), my contacts at the company were very relaxed and non pushy which was very much appreciated. The running shirt quality is excellent (as per the samples) and the design has gone down well (we didn't really give them much to work with).

My only issue was when our proof arrived which had clearly not been checked before it was sent out as the text on the shirt had reverted to a different font and was all over the place. However, as soon as I rang I received an apology and a plan was established on how to get another proof done so that we could still receive the order in time - this was by sending a photograph of the new proof rather than posting.

It was refreshing to have personal contact with a company. When my contact was away from the office for a few days I was given another name to contact. Although we are only a small charity and our order small we were made to feel important.

It was the personal touch that made this service work and I would recommend them.

nothing was too much trouble. i literally never write positive reviews. i only ever write negative ones. this company was so good though that i had to do this. brilliant!

Having researched many companies to supply the running shirts for our 2015 event we contacted The Charity Clothing Co and found a slick and forward thinking company. Within days we had samples of what was possible to supply, costs and a company that were willing to support our project from the start. To further support us Rob and his team agreed to provide us with a range of products for our promotional activity, which was delivered on time, looking amazing and in a timescale that was very short. I can't thank them enough for this an look forward to designing and ordering our 2015 shirt along with a range of clothing for the event. If your looking for a professional service and a quality product from a company that cares look no further than this one. Sorry forgot to mention that they are extremely competitive on price. The relationship with Charity Clothing has been fraught with difficulty despite their product being quite good. The first account manager to visit us didn't keep in touch and we ended up having to chase to find she had left. The second one appeared to be great but then the order was delayed because I wasn't told that they don't invoice. We ended up paying by credit cards but much later than expected. The third incident involved the second order being a different colour to the first order and Charity Clothing had recently changed their sizes which they had not disclosed. So our order was for vests that were too big. They reprinted the right vests for us but not without a lot of discussion.

Saying that, Adam Taylor, who helped us with our cycling jerseys has been great. I'm happy to deal with him from now on.

Having started a running club I needed to source running vests for male and female members in various sizes .. Having recieved a recommendation from another club who previously used the charity clothing company I got in contact .. They helped with design , colours and layout of vest design , they sent visual proofs and sent an actual proof vest to my home address to review before manufacturing . We've not actually placed several orders now and have acquired 100+ vests now . Quality is top class , delivery dates do be met and customer service is outstanding , I could recommend this company to others 100per cent

Our design changed so many times, but the staff never seemed to mind - the finished cycle tops and vests are great!

Goods arrived and were as promised. Artwork etc done. Goods delivered a week later than original promise in quote, but we were advised of later delivery date when we placed the order.

My club has used the Charity Clothing Co a few times now & always been satisfied with their product & service. They are happy to adjust you requirements until you are perfectly satisfied & the products wear & wash well.
