We have recently set up a new charitable trust, Freddie's Wish (freddieswish.org) and needed some running vests for a couple of events scheduled over the next 2 months. The service from TCCC from the initial enquiry through to delivery of the product has been exemplary. The team communicated every step of the way and were all friendly and helpful. Found the staff very helpful and obliging and the quality of the tshirts were good. The only problem we found was that a few of the tshirts (about 4 or 5 out of 300) had the wrong size label in them. ie one of them with a unisex medium label would only have fitted a child.

I found this company online, our company wanted some branded vests and t-shirts for a big running event in the city that a number of staff members are running as a team in. We had a fairly small order (15 T-shirts) that needed filling in a short timeframe. The Charity Clothing Company really exceeded all our expectations! Very much appreciated Adam's time walking me through the process and taking the time to help me get the design right. I was a bit annoyed that there wasn't enough time for me to get my shirts in time to send them to runners, so I had to get up to London at the crack of dawn to deliver them, which meant they couldn't get their names put on them etc in advance. While I accept this was partly due to the fact that I couldn't get the design back at the original timeframe, it wasn't until I did send it back that I was told that I'd missed my favoured postal slot! In some ways, it would have been nice to know at the time what the implications would be of me getting the design to them late, which I found out was due to a backlog for the London Marathon. In essence, I was told about the problem after it was too late for me to do anything about it! The printers had slipped up on the design when I got the proof, so I was mightily relieved to see this rectified in the final garment the day before the marathon! I had to trust that it would be changed and thank goodness it was! Good quality product. Ladies sizes come up very small

We are only a small charity so don't order in huge bulk quantities and often feel penalised for this but I asked the Charity Clothing Company for a quote and they were very helpful and did us a great deal. We now have very colourful bespoke charity running vests for our runners in the Manchester 10K! Great service, great product and lovely staff who are always happy to help.
