The teams response was excellent, as I accidentally ordered the wrong item. Reordered the correct one and they sent a return package for a refund.

would have given 5 star if delivered the right item. mix up with package, received someone else's items. Royal Mail are normally good, however not this time.were helpful in rectifying. although had to be done through email. anyways the DVR is working fin

Great customer service

Great customer service, I was helped to replace my DVR that died after 13 years. And was given plenty of advice on how to fit it myself. And received it the next day. That's what I call great service. Thank you.
