Daniel is the CCTV NINJA 🥷 he spots the problem before i mention it.

Needed help organising our cameras across 2 NVR's. Spoke to Lamont who was brilliant. Went above and beyond to make the changes I needed, which were far more complex than I could have handled, while I sat back in my chair! Lamont provides a very friendly, professional and approachable service and I can't praise him highly enough.

As always, excellent service from the tech support. Faulty camera, still under warranty, replacement en route within minutes of contacting them with no hassle whatsoever.

Thanks for being there when I was stuck. Getting systems up onto the internet is sometimes daunting for me when it doesn't go right straight away, & it's great to have somebody on the end of the phone & who can log in to help.

I called Cctv Direct technical department for some help with some Hik vision Camera issues and Dan helped me through everything stayed on the phone for at least half an hour to make sure that everything that had been done had been done properly. Cctv Direct have always been amazing in a technical help I rate this company 100%.

I recently changed my broadband supplier and lost connection with all my cameras and didn't know how to get them reconnected to the DVR.
The technical team at CCTV Direct are brilliant, both Lamont and Daniel who have answered my phone calls have sorted things out for me. Lamont always calls me back so that I'm not just waiting on the phone while he gets things back up and running.
I have recommended CCTV Direct to my friends and family and will continue to do this.

Adams done it again!
This was a tricky one where a customer had changed the service provider and NVR wouldn't connect to the router.
After no more than 10-minutes a rare issue had been sorted and the customer was back online!

I had a problem setting up PTZ Domes on a DVR. I contacted Tech Support and was connected with Lamont. I explained my problem and was given excellent advice and assistance to resolve the problem.

Lamont responded straight away to resolve my issue which enabled me to finish the installation. Been with cctv since the they started and have never been interested in leaving, great support from all the team.

Spoke to Lamont at support yesterday as I was having trouble connecting a new UNV IP camera to replace a faulty one. I couldn’t get my laptop to connect to it, but he remotely accessed my laptop and reconfigured the network settings so I could connect to the new camera. Everything was sorted in about 10 minutes. Top man — really knows his stuff!
